Yea i confess, I've been lurking around this beautiful site for a few weeks in search of the hows and why's of growing autoflowers and my introduction is long over due. I apologize.
As we all know all too many states get their shit in a twist if you put certain seeds in soil and grow them out to a beautiful love brining plant, and the oppressors I'm suppose to serve is no exception. And although I'm an anarchist and don't give a shit about their laws I have to be really careful. I don't want to be locked up in a box. I love my life with my wife and I don't want that to be taken from me. I live in a non-drug liberal part of Europe where our beloved plant is frowned upon and illegal in all forms. Here the ethanol flows on the streets killing people every day, splitting up families and creates a general unrest and disharmony on the daily with the state leaders in the grand stands cheering on the winos as they get fat on the booze taxes. So yea you guessed it, the only way not to go crazy and keep your mind on the beauty of life in a place like this is to STAY STONED!
I got a great dealer and I've smoked moroccan hash for around three years with a few lucky weeks of buds here and there and thats ok but it wears on you after a while with the same shit and its expensive. Also my wife and meaning with my life has a back injury and severe nerve damages and good cannabis pretty much keeps her of opiates. Thats big. No state or prison keeps me from protecting my wife. It's a calculated risk and in my case all things considered the numbers came out black at the bottom line. Yea I know, it's a stretch and a bit confusing, but thats life under a police state. When location and economy lined up i went for it and bought:
4x4x5'10 tent
Mars Hydro II 1600w
Big expensive inline fans + controller
Big expensive carbon filter
pH pen
EC pen
GHE Flora Veg, Bloom and Micro
Humidifier + controller
+ a lot more useful and apparently not so useful stuff...
My goal is to never have to buy cannabis again and to have a consistent generous supply of medicine for my wife. And, while I'm at it, keep myself stoned and calm for the foreseeable future. I have my own problems that is greatly remedied by our soothing herb, but I choose to keep that as a side note as I'm more than sure that even if I had been given a more harmonic soul I would have been indulging in the terps and trips of the sinsemilla anyway. So lets keep it a bit confusing but honest.
My garden is 31 days old and as far as i my newb ass can tell we're cooking with gas baby! I'm not planning on keeping a grow journal for the reasons explained above. The risk I'm taking doing this is already to high and at this point I'm not ready to upload any pictures. And a grow journal without pics is like dry humping, right? I'm a pretty sharp guy and I learn fast. I will be active here on AFN and who knows, maybe in the future I can be the one passing on useful advice like you guys. I hope so.
I got nothing but love and huge respect for you my gardening brothers. May your buds be big and your women fast!
