Indoor Dankerson's Fruit Bowl Run

I had excellent success last grow with NLS and their recipe for making living soil. The only thing I added was recharge, bud candy and the NLS auto flower power during flowering. The root masses were very dense and the grow was essentially issue free(other than 3bogs light issues lol).

I’ll have to check that out as well!

Day 60:

Rounding the corner now, everyone got one last dose of recharge. I've also been having to top dress some seabird guano on the double grape as I over flushed it and got a P deficiency pop up. The Green Crack and Frosted Cherry'Os will be the late finishers. Green crack is already showing purple colored buds, going to end up being a looker! The Frosted Cherry'Os has had a few issues but overall appears to be chugging to the finish. The Lecter is finished based on trichs but I'm going to give it another 4-5 days, amazing at how quick it was. Looks beautiful and has a great fade going on it too! The Sour Apple is the standout this round, the structure is great and the buds are huge! Just not a lot of smell to it yet, it's odd. The Double Grape isn't quite as beefy but makes up for it in frost and smell. There isn't really anything special about the Sapphyre yet, might end up surprising me later on. Very excited to get these ones finished up.

Wanted to share some thoughts about the dots with me using them so much. As you can see I've had a few issues here and there with the dots/tea combo. I think one bloom tea around day 30 should do it along side regular teas but even then it's a guessing game on the dots dosage. Some strains to great at 20 others at 15, but there's no way to know for sure. As such I think I am going to be done with the dots for awhile. I think they are decent and will get someone looking for some bud and a low effort/cost grow going but you'll rarely ever not run into issues. After my sabbatical from growing is over I will dive more into living soil and/or coco and DWC. Probably a bit of both to see what I like.

Thanks for stopping by everyone!
Going to miss your grows while you take your break bro!

Day 52:

Hello everyone, happy new years! Been busy as usual around the house. Think I finally figured out what my problem has been with the plants. I believe that I am having an overdose of P which is causing a Mg lockout. I'm getting slightly acidic pH readings from my soil pH tester. It's the only thing that I could think of that would explain what I'm seeing. That being said it was likely my own fault for using a bloom tea, I think one bloom tea around day 25-30 would be good to get them started but after that I'll leave out the seabird guano. The game plan that I started yesterday is to just over water the ladies till about 20% run off for the next few waterings to help remove some of that buildup hopefully that does it. Overall they are all still doing well! Starting to see a lot of buds swelling up and packing on the frost, the DG and SA especially. The Lecter is likely not far behind, seeing some really nice colors on it already!

Yeah I was going to check out NLS along with my compost teas if I go that route. Although Jack's and coco is looking very appealing to be honest. A lot of beautiful plants I've been seeing with their line.

Thanks man! Can't wait to try out the DG, been a breeze to grow overall. Gotta try out Sour Stomper here soon along with some beary white. Might drop another cdlc too, loved the smoke on that one.

Very nice Frank. Don't know if you remember me starting a promix grow dot grow. 5 gallons of promix, 25 grams of dots. Was going beautifully until the 6th. Started seeing some yellowing on the top leaf tips. Checked runoff ec went to 10.00, err on my blue labs meter. Holy shit, lol. My root zone temp never got over 70.. live and learn..
