Indoor Dankerson's Fruit Bowl Run

Yeah I feel that one, my quality has definitely gone up but my yeilds are lower as well so I've just been trying to get the best of both worlds. Coco definitely is appealing it just seems like a lot of work, but I definitely like the idea of how much control it has.

That's something I've been tossing around as well. Guess it really depends on which one is easier/cheaper. I've seen amazing plants grown in both, maybe I'll just do both and see what I like more :headbang:

I can't see coco being anywhere near as cheap as the croutons but a side by side would let u decide as u say.

I have the GH trio already with a few additives but I was thinking about trying out Jack's honestly. @Cooterjuice grows some amazing plants with their line and it seems relatively affordable.
I was looking into either Jack's, Athena, or Floraflex when I wanted to give something new a try and landed on Floraflex. They're all solid lines. Floraflex sells a starter kit on their website that's usually on sale for a deep discount. Either way, I'm excited to follow along on whichever you decide!

Yeah I agree, but the coco is reusable. Can you reuse the croutons or cubes? Cant say ive ever even checked that.

Thanks man! Always appreciate the follow. I was considering floraflex as well along with possibly getting some of the floracaps but I do already have some hydro halos so I may just try those first. The ones you have going right now with their nutes look great!

My guess is that the croutons could be used over again. Flush and reuse?? Can't think of any reason y not.

Day 55:

The fruit bowl is looking a bit happier now. I think I'm in the clear for the most part. The extra waterings appeared to have flushed out the excess P which I believe was creating the lockouts. On top of that I think I had a few dry spots as it took almost twice my normal waterings just to get runoff. Anyways, on the right track now! The light green is starting to get some color back into it, especially on the green crack. Really glad my mini flushing worked out. Think I've had this problem for awhile now and just haven't diagnosed it properly yet. I will be switching to regular teas instead of bloom teas, which is just no seabird guano and extra molasses. Anyways, onto what you came here for, pictures!

Frosted Cherry'Os - this one has recovered nicely.

Sour Apple - has the biggest buds in the tent so far! Frost is coming on fast now.

Green Crack - Recovered very nicely so far, was starting to get a bit worried but it appears to be in the clear now

Double Grape - One of the standouts next to the SA. Good amount of bud built up and as the strain is known for its really frosting up as well.

Lecter - Seemed to have barely noticed any issues. It ate up a few lower leaves but has rebounded well. Looks like it really turned on the gas now building up some buds along with starting to get some of those beautiful purple highlights on it.

Thanks for stopping by everyone!

Day 60:

Rounding the corner now, everyone got one last dose of recharge. I've also been having to top dress some seabird guano on the double grape as I over flushed it and got a P deficiency pop up. The Green Crack and Frosted Cherry'Os will be the late finishers. Green crack is already showing purple colored buds, going to end up being a looker! The Frosted Cherry'Os has had a few issues but overall appears to be chugging to the finish. The Lecter is finished based on trichs but I'm going to give it another 4-5 days, amazing at how quick it was. Looks beautiful and has a great fade going on it too! The Sour Apple is the standout this round, the structure is great and the buds are huge! Just not a lot of smell to it yet, it's odd. The Double Grape isn't quite as beefy but makes up for it in frost and smell. There isn't really anything special about the Sapphyre yet, might end up surprising me later on. Very excited to get these ones finished up.

Wanted to share some thoughts about the dots with me using them so much. As you can see I've had a few issues here and there with the dots/tea combo. I think one bloom tea around day 30 should do it along side regular teas but even then it's a guessing game on the dots dosage. Some strains to great at 20 others at 15, but there's no way to know for sure. As such I think I am going to be done with the dots for awhile. I think they are decent and will get someone looking for some bud and a low effort/cost grow going but you'll rarely ever not run into issues. After my sabbatical from growing is over I will dive more into living soil and/or coco and DWC. Probably a bit of both to see what I like.

Thanks for stopping by everyone!
