Outdoor Crack toof photo x3 and Walter White x3 ( first time photo grower )

This will be the thread where I will be growing 3 crack toof and 3 Walter White all from @mephisto

Not decided on the pot size for either yet but they will most likely be in soil. I will decide this tonight/tomorrow.

They will be starting off out in the tent with the Vipar LED.

Then when the weather picks up they will go out into the green house to finish.


Updates on the way once the beans sprout.

Should it take longer for photo period seeds to crack than autos?

The 3 Walter White have cracked but the crack toof have not at all

Ok well not much traffic in here I'll keep posting for now anyway and hope it picks up

The 6 seedlings are now in little pots till they sprout then try will go in their final pots and once strong enough and the weather is better they will be going outside in green house.

Hi bud! I'll pull up a chair for this. I have yet to grown any mephisto seeds, but do enjoy watching them. Although this is a auto site, I am a fan of photos too. I also grow them both, and think they both have a special spot in my heart.

Should it take longer for photo period seeds to crack than autos?

In my experiences, most being with photo, theres not much of a difference. I have had both crack after just 16 hours soaking in water. While some went 24 hours of soaking, 2-3 days of paper towel, and 2-3 days of soil. Anything in between there also. Then the regrettable few that just don't make it. What general area are you in, or climate in general? I just as cause the green house, curiosity, nothing more. I hope all goes well, and send a bit of extra karma to this one. Though I'm sure you have plenty of good karma stored up. Till later, take care bud.:smoking:

Hey man, outside growing where I am is possible depending on when you put them out. I'm in and around Ireland. Summers are normally good enough for outdoor grows. Interesting it will be!

The photo seeds have cracked just not completely now. So as you can see they are in those wee pots that once you put into soil or coco they dissolve after watering so they are handy.

What have you decided regarding grow medium? Soil?

Yeah it does get slow at the start of a new grow.

I choose to put them in coco it's cleaner and less bugs!

I hope so too mate. But I'll not be putting them out for a few weeks yet!

Ok guys little update here.

All 3 Walter whites have cracked and shed their shells. Whoop whoop there.

Next up are the crack toof trio. Now one is above ground. But it's pure white! Top to bottom pure white. I snapped the pic and thought shit too much exposure or something. Looked and right enough all white.

Anyone else had this before ? I'll get a better pic very soon
