Indoor Copacabana, Muay Thai, Love Potion LED tent grow

Devil Cream is outdoors now. She's almost 20" tall and finally showed me two pistils near the top, day 27. It seems a shame to keep she and the Sour Bubbly so crowded up in my little tent, so these are the last indoor pictures of her that you will see. The rest will be outdoor pics

You can see the bare, flat side where she was squished in the tent.

This is going to allow me to keep the Love Potion in the tent as she builds frost, and give the Sour Bubbly some room to grow.

The Sour Bubbly is a compact riot of branching and smell. Short but stacked like a brick house.

Looks like you handle the situation very well, congrats:)

Thanks, Balarama buddy, it's taken a lot more time watering and such than I had anticipated. Been awhile since I tried to grow anything. The Thai is really a bramble in there and would probably be great put outdoors at this point, although she'd stink up the neighborhood. Smells and sounds like a smoke I will like. I'm just trying to keep her on track.

I joked about overnuting and screwing them up at the start of this thread because it's so easy to do--I'm thankful these nutes are working well as people say but I've never cranked up to 1 tsp/gallon as some people have done, I'm more like 5/8 to 3/4 tsp at most and I don't think I've exceeded that. The Hula Bloom (0-50-30) has twice the numbers of the Bloom formula and is fast acting so I'm even more cautious about how much of that goes in. Not much! I hope I don't regret it at the end in terms of taste of the medicine but it seems like everyone is using something like it. I've used it a couple times on the Love Potion and seemed to benefit. Also good on the Thai, and will use it sparingly with she and the Copa for the stage they are at and then put it back on the shelf.

Here's the outdoor update:
Copacabana:

She's started budding along since going out. She looks real happy! It was 100* yesterday and 102* today but she seemed to take it in stride. Her first day in her new spot with full sun all day, about 7-8 hours sun I think.

Here's the Devil Cream, just put her out two days ago:

She seemed to handle the heat okay, and with the night down around 60*, it's a 40* swing and she's already stretching.

You can see she's eased into a 5 gal pot with about 2.5 gal of soilless underneath the fabric pot. There were no roots showing under the pot when she was transplanted. This was an oversight at the beginning--not having some kind of rack to put her on to keep her feet from staying damp, and maybe this is why. Nonetheless, I felt the 3 gal was a good fit anyway, and there is a good chance some roots can break through as time goes on and stretch out into the new container.

Either way, she looks healthy and I think she's happy just to get out of my cramped tent and loosen up a bit.

Start Day 49:

The Love Potion is bulking up. I've got her closer to the lights now that she's spread out. I should have done that a week ago, oops :kitty: She's taken 3 hits of the Hula Bloom 0-50-30 with her other nutes, I scaled back the base nutes each time. Looks okay, now there's a sweet scent coming off the buds if you put your nose close but otherwise she's been very discreet. Looks very indica-ish. Some buds are purpling a bit. Photographs not the best here, but here she is:

Muay Thai doesn't show a lot of progress from day to day. I hit her once with the Hula Bloom and she did show some increased blooming. I'll continue along with that, carefully, and looking forward to setting the light timer so she'll start getting a dark period soon.

Branches are about 12-14" from the leds but not directly under the center of the light, no visible light burn yet but it's probably coming until the next one goes outside--I'll have to make a decision on that by the weekend I think.

Sour Bubbly, this is day 29 for her already:

Looks like a coiled spring. I'd like to push her outside and let her stretch out but I think she's going to be a stinker like the Thai, but the thought is crossing my mind....:smokeout:

Thanks again for your interest and your thoughts and feedback are always appreciated

Oh wow never seen a sideways tent...but necessity is the mother of invention! Can't go wrong with the lighthouse tent either, I used to rock one of those.

Matter of fact when I started my first auto grow over two years ago I had the same exact setup you have now, so you'd be good to get that third Blackstar, they have actual draw of about 125-130w at the wall.

Rereading you're spot on there. Thanks for the relevant post. The Blackstar is a good light though meant for small spaces--you are right about the condition at that time....

I didn't think of turning a tent sideways until I saw that somewhere else one time--it might have been here on AFN, I don't remember. Suddenly a custom sized tent popped into my mind. Glad someone else thought of that!

The only space I had was a little closet and it's long and the verticle height seemed un-beneficial.

I was looking for an unconvential way to grow some long-flowering autos. It's definitely been a lot of fun so far so I think I'm meeting my goal in that I didn't burn the plants to obvlion yet and I get to watch some bud up and stretch under natural sun. Good times here so far. Woot :pighug:

Sorry this grow isn't better than it is but it sure is fun.

Whenever I ask for some advice here, there are kindly people that give input.

I only get time to smoke two or three nights a week but it is seriously helping my back and pain levels so I am doing better this summer than I have been in 4 or 5 years--compared to where I was then, I think the pain was clouding everything. I feel functionally pain-minimized for the first time in a while.

Thank you everyone AFN

Looks real healthy, squat and stacked like all get out. She's about 12" or 12.5" tall.
I think I'm getting her away from the "claw" look, giving her mostly the SeaGrow Bloom nutes 1/2 tsp a gallon and an 1/8th tsp of the Grow, kinda like a 4 finger eighth I guess. I just kind of wing it and don't measure EC or TDS.

@Mitch at Mephisto was kind to look at the plant, which has not shown any pre-flower pistils yet. I guess this is a first for them, this has not happened before with Sour Bubbly, although there are some specimens that veg an extra week but still show pistils early like the other phenos. He also runs 24/0 for the first bit of growth so we don't feel that is a factor.

I would like to put her outside and let her stretch out and roam like the Copa and the Devil Cream, however I'm concerned about smell factor--this vegging plant puts out some smell when rubbed and I think may attract attention to my location and the other two flowering plants if I put her outside. I'm not 100% decided on this but I think I want to keep her indoors with the carbon scrubber and keep the Muay Thai company.
