Cloning Autoflowers

I prefer to put my breeders/clones in a clear chamber to isolate them off in their own fuck nest keeping the pollen in check w 1 stud per chamber. I then add in the target ladies and seal it up and dont open it until the ladies are thouroughly pollenated while heavy into flower w orange pistils sucking back. Ill pull out the dude and shake him out on a large mirror and collect up the pollen for storage. Then seal up just the ladies and run them until they are dead looking w seeds falling off.

If you are pheno hunting w a strain and pop multiple seeds then take cuts from each one u can select the best clone that corresponds to how mom turns out and use it to cross towards your desired traits.

You can also use multiple males to stud 1 ladie and not mix it up...

The possibilities are endless

Lol.. This is the Autoflower Network.. Where we have already debunked every point stated above. We top, we clone, we lst, we supercrop, and do anything else they say that can't and shouldnt be done with autos. The line of thinking you are following is outdated. I've grown a 5 oz plant in a 2x2 tent with a single 50w autocob.. So have many others here.. So that small tent, low wattage thinking is also outdated.

I have a couple of young autos going now... I'll start a journal and do a cloning tutorial in it. I have too many old threads to go through to be able to find pics.
Please tag me when you start the journal. Thanks

Multiple paint jobs over several days or longer?
Plants are putting out pistils all the time.
I do 1 or 2 paint jobs within a week so that i know the seeds are all roughly uniform in age/development. But youre right, one CAN paint over the course of weeks and harvest those seeds at various ages.

@Builder0101
What the hell is this?
Its creative and looks robust, please explain the details,....LOL!!!! :crying:

My new LST method. Nothing new but it works great. My issue was you can only spread them so much in fabric pots and the sides of the fabric pots pull in further restricting ability to spread. I tied a slipknot in one end of the string and came around with the other end. Then pull it tight and girdle the pot. If there are handles seen onto the pot then there are good anchors to keep the string from slipping up the pot. This allows me to spread the plant way outside the pot perimeter. it is nearly as effective as scrogging.

Aha..impressive...
Can we stretch the the branches further?

Yes. Still training every day. I wish she would Flowing stop growing. LOL. She is going to take over the tent. She is 5.5 weeks from germination and by far the widest girl in the tent. I hope the 3 week old and the one week old are not monsters.

After a 4th round of LST'ing 16 plants, I only decided to chop 3 branches off. Not even trying hard, simple scissor cut into cup of water, plastic cups with coco and drenched it with tap water (without pH adjustment so around 8.3 from experience) … just added some epsom salts and a dash of superthrive. I did dig a hole to pop the clones into, but first dropped some bacilus bacteria and trichoderma. The dome has vents so humidity is not up to super high levels.

Into the cloner dome and off to the side of the main crop. Been spraying once a day with same epsom/ST water. Absolutely no wilting at all. The middle one looks a bit droopy, but that's because I just sprayed first below then from the top

4 days so far, maybe too soon to claim victory, but hey, they seem happy

Those cups need drain holes. If rooting in medium. Can't have it too wet. IME
