New Grower Candy cane and train wreck auto grow

I find it amazing that the two plants that I topped are flowering at an accelerated rate in comparison to the two I only used lst on. Humidity and temperature are perfect. Ph is within acceptable ranges. Now I just need to watch, wait, water and feed.

I’m also amazed at how much nicer the plant structure is with my 2 topped plants. Everythjng is nice and spread out, and growing much more evenly compared to my one plant that is just getting LST’d.

Day 40
The girls have been in flower for about a week. I am struggling with the ph of runoff so I top dressed the soil with some granular dolomitic lime. I have no idea why our tap water has been so acid the last two weeks. It’s testing at about five after sitting out for 24 hours. The girls have not shown any signs of deficiency and the flowers and leaves around them are lightly frosted. The temp has really dropped outside and that means a serious drop in indoor humidity. I have been running my humidifier 24 hours a day and it’s staying between 45-55 percent.

Day 45 from germination
Day 15 of flowering
Started feeding with advanced nutrients big bud yesterday. The candy cane and train wreck plants that I didn’t top are way behind the two that I did top. Ph is between six and seven and the buds on the topped plants are frosting up nicely. RH is between 40 and 50.

Well, I went and bought a filter and fan yesterday. The smell from the flowers was getting out of control. It works great but it’s really loud. Might have to look into building an insulated box to put the fan into.

Do you have a speed controller for the fan? Slowing it down helps.

I went out and picked one up today. Now it doesn’t feel like walking into a wind tunnel when I enter the room. Was trying to keep costs down but I guess there are somethings you can’t do without.
That will save money in the long run!
