this is a thread about breeding. So, when I say "more than one pheno coming from a plant" i specifically meant in seed form.
obviously I didn't mean separate clones, and I should think common sense would have clarified that so I didn't feel I needed to. Clearly you either knew what I meant or felt like you had more of an argumentative stance in semantics over asking me politely to clarify.

still, when a new grower comes into a forum like this and asks a very relevant question, and the response is a snappy answer stating that the noob should have known that without asking because it was common sense. That's rude. Female x male does not seem common sense to me, it seems an educated statement. It's really a 50/50 guess if you don't know already. How is it common sense to not list the oldest first, or the most stable or familiar strain? What if you view the world as pollen to impregnate with and not pretty buds that can have seeds put in them?
i guess my point is, if you pay enough attention to people, there is not a lot of common sense, so when common sense can answer a question but someone still asks it, then the question clearly is not answered by common sense OR the person doesn't have any. Either way, telling them to use the common sense that clearly isn't there is along the same lines of simply replying by telling someone to be more educated. That's what they were trying to do.
im only pointing this out because I'd hate it if this forum became as unfriendly to new people with questions as some of the other similar online forums.
btw, pheno being the outward appearance of the plant based on physical observation and not genes... I have seen two phenos on one plant. Buds form differently in different environments regardless of where the roots are. I know thats some next level weed growing shit but yeah I have seen a root mass in one room, branches fed into three different rooms with different humidity, light and temps, and dense was definitely affected. Really, nobody else on here has ever done that to test effects of temp and light penetration to lower buds??? Why do you think they are all fluffy and stuff compared to the larger buds? That actually leads to the point that observable phenos could be argues to exist on every single weed plant because the lower popcorn pretty much is never identical in structure and resin production to the colas.

If someone asked "when do i flush my auto" then Muddy makes a thread, clarifies they probably mean "cleansing" and directs them politely to the answer. He doesn't say "he leaves change color, common sense".
sorry if I upset you my pointing out how rude that seems to me, I think I'm entitled to that opinion though. I still ink that was rude, if you don't want to talk about it anymore then stop trying to say that wasn't rude from some people's perspective.
