Breeding etiquette

The last forum I was active in, a mod kept deleting my posts and so I could not debate my points. One nazi mod spoiled a good forum. Other mods/admins were too weak to intervene, so I left.
That is why I am passionate about this great AF network. Keep up the good work guys. eP.

Lol I swear at some point I gave Bob some props for that, if not i do now.

That's really cool of him, I like the dude and hope to share a smoke and a rant with him one day in person.

I dunno, according to my wife and son's mother who I met on an "alright cherub" sort of online dating site i come across like a complete ass online. I think that's entirely true lol but I try to make up for it by calling people rude when I forget there are several ways to read words out loud. I only hear it that one way in my head when I'm getting defensive. Sorry everybody haha I need to stop coming on here before my morning toke.

hugs and kisses

What? you expect a patent on a plants?? There is nothing new in this world, all "strains" are variants of a species. Create a new species and then you own something..... Yes, credit for the previous breeders work should be a must, but no one owns a strain. Christ, the whole patent concept has turned around and bitten us all on the ass, and is now stifling innovation, lets not invite it into the plant world... And the Cannabis industry is all ready trying to play that game. Guess who the losers will be?? US!

And why do you think fem seeds, and autofems have gotten so popular with breeders? Because most people will buy seeds rather than mess with clones or try to get a fem to create seeds, and that, is why your starting to see $30 and $40 and seeds.

I dont get the whole patent thing either but its approaching faster. I couldn't be bothered but If someone buys a cut from a known strain and grows it out and sell cuts locally that seems fine. Or if I buy 100 seeds to pheno hunt, then veg that allstar plant out to a mother and sell cuts that seems ok that's how the whole clone business works. Why is it not ok for seeds? Mephisto Mitch said in his Live stoner interview, "Once you purchase the seed you own the genetics".

Did you know, that that organizations other than NORML all throw home grows under the bus in there legalization efforts? WHO does that benefit??? No one gives a shit about us, individuals anymore, the "movement" has gome 100% commercial, greed is ramapant, NY gave its medical approval to companies run by investment bankers, the same thieves or government bailed out after they screwed us!!!!!

Grrrrrrrrrr don't even get me started!!! lol

pretty soon you'll have to sign a "eula" stating you won't clone or in anyway try to reproduce the vendors seeds........ Don't think so? Watch what's happening in Canada. The thieves take lessons from Monsanto.

I read a bit about Canada, somebody is trying to get super rich is a bit obvious to me. It was something about having to buy clones at stupid crazy prices and not legally being able to propagate said plants.

On the health Canada website it states you can only legally grow plants/seed from your licensed producer. When I looked the clones were $125-150 PER clone and they only had 3 varieties for sale and no seed. Nothing for outdoor and no hgh cbd varieties.
Now when I went to see a cannabis specialist, I mentioned this to him about being locked into LP's genetics and he laughed, and he said you don't have to buy solely from them....honestly WTF? My friend used to buy herb from the supposed "highest quality supplier" in the country. The weed was good yes, but no more potent than the canna I can grow myself, and honestly the stuff I grow outside has more flavour and distinct smells, I found all of their varieties had the same taste.... at 380-500 an ounce what a ripoff. Hell they sell their leaf for $8 a gram! LOL

here is canada lol over/up to $100 a cut. sell cuts from both of these locally they can dna test all they want 20/ cut plus shipping.

How much does it cost to purchase live cannabis plants?

CANNA PLANTS will be sold in groups of two (2). These 2 plants must be of the same strain. Single (1) plants of a strain will not be sold.

Two (2) Plants (of the same strain) = $175 (plus applicable taxes)
Four (4) Plants (of the same strain) = $240(plus applicable taxes)
Four (4) Plants (two different strains) = $315(plus applicable taxes)
