Sorry to hear about the health man. I hear ya, I'm recently disabled and having problems with meds (pharmy crap, mmj all good thankfully). Honestly my OCD is flaring up super bad and if we're being honest I'm not my usual laid back self either.

well, glad we too the time to bitch each other into a mutual understanding! Cheers to that.

it horrifies me to imagine what people who know me from the internet must expect from me in person. We're supposed to hear vocal tones and expressions and looking back on it I see how i misinterpreted the "common sense" as an insult rather than a speculation.

btw, pheno being the outward appearance of the plant based on physical observation and not genes... I have seen two phenos on one plant. Buds form differently in different environments regardless of where the roots are. I know thats some next level weed growing shit but yeah I have seen a root mass in one room, branches fed into three different rooms with different humidity, light and temps, and dense was definitely affected. Really, nobody else on here has ever done that to test effects of temp and light penetration to lower buds??? Why do you think they are all fluffy and stuff compared to the larger buds? That actually leads to the point that observable phenos could be argues to exist on every single weed plant because the lower popcorn pretty much is never identical in structure and resin production to the colas.

The appearance is caused by genes. And of course the buds will look different but they can look different with thesame phenotype. You cant make one branch grow sativa dominant leaves and another gorw indica dom ones. You would need twoseeds of different phenotypes if you wanted that form the same strain. And you'd have to hope that both those phenotypes exist for that strain.


Example:

You have two plants of Afghan Kush and when you put them BOTH in 60F temps at night, one turns purple.. You did not change the phenotype. The fact that only one changed would show that it is a different pheno that goes purple in cool temps. Whether or not you had put them in the cold room, it wouldve still had that phenotype and genes but might not have expressed them. You didn't change the phenotype.

It is so good to see two guys slug it out on a public forum and retain their respective manners and respect for each other and end up as lovers. Cough!

Most if not all other forums would have needed mods n admins to intervene and all sorts of bad words would have been said. Slanging match... blah blah...You know what I mean.
Such is the caliber of AFN members, all ends well. I am proud to be an AFNer and proud of the way we conduct ourselves. It's such a refreshing change from just about any other forum I ever came across. And if anyone disagrees with me on this point I will declare war on them !!! eP.

The last forum I was active in, a mod kept deleting my posts and so I could not debate my points. One nazi mod spoiled a good forum. Other mods/admins were too weak to intervene, so I left.
That is why I am passionate about this great AF network. Keep up the good work guys. eP.
