Lighting Autocob grow with big sm0 and mephisto.

You're way too humble bro. Do you know the shit storm this is going to start on the other forum. I cannot wait!!! :frog:

It also puts the pressure on the rest of us to follow suit. As you know I have a few "friendly" bets for the yield on the photo period run under the COB's. You're showing me what I want to achieve is possible, all I have to do is do it LOL. Easier said than done. People don't realize it's no easy feat to pull a unit dry in jars of top quality nugs. Not wet weight, not counting larf or trim, just grade A sell on a shelf nugs.
You'll get it. Once you get past a grow or two with the new lights and get on some yielding genetics you'll kill it. You know I have faith.

200 watts in a 4x4 a pound just daydreaming here soooooo 16 cobs in a 8x8 4per 4x4 880 watts you'd pull four lbs that just can't be right run each 4x4 in either autopots or airpots each section be it's own strain....

Just to cover it all maybe 18 cobs, what ya think is my math way offffff typing during wake nd bake [emoji848]

I will be under a pound this run. In the bigger area I have 3 3x3 flood tables but with overflow and space between the trays it's more like a 4x12. The Last run I pulled just over 4.5lbs from 1300 watts. This current run is just as good with 900 watts but more importantly is I have the lights at 36" from the tops as they were burning a bit any lower. People are doing better with cobs than any other light source but unfortunately we still have so much to learn with their power and autos.

@IzzyTheGrower hempy ditch weed. :rofl:

If I was to change anything about these lights, I'd wish for a dimmable driver. I'd like to see 5 of these run at 40 watts each, so still at the 200 watt mark yet more light over all. NOT complaining mind you, just curious to see what difference, if any, it would make. I hope I'm being conservative, I'd like to see 1.25 gpw from my grow.

A pound......... from 210 watts of light. DAMN!

I got a 600 watt HPS been collecting dust for almost three years and can't even give it away, cost too much to ship anyway...lol!

I'm with you. I actually wish I could adjust them from 30-100 watts but that's not going to happen until I buy out meanwell lol. Then again adjusting them between 10" and 30" would probably be the same thing par wise.
