You can take sample buds at different times and see what level of maturity you like best...Good info bro I heard so many different thoughts and suggestions on when to harvest, it's a bit overwhelming to take it all in.
I think it's a combination of nute burn and light sensitivity. Are you able to fold the branches more, away from the light? And what's the ppm?

I think they're looking great @Chris Stroupe . Yes, the very tips where they have gone a very pale green could be light burn. But looking so nice at this stage that I had to give you a
Yea I'm on the same page as you ManOgreen I think I will harvest whole plant to clear out my space for some new strains I have waiting on deck. How do you typically harvest your sativa's all milky trichomes and your indicas 80% and 20% Amber?
If you want a soaring, cerebral, talkative sativa choose a strong sativa strain and grow it to maturity. If you want a in the couch, sleep for 14 hour bud then grow a heavy indica to maturity. Trichomes have little to do with it if they are mature. Amber = degradation. It's in the genetics not the colour of the trichomes.
In DWC 5 gallon bucket it is more likely to be a PH mishap. it is very difficult to keep PH in range since it can move out of range in just a couple of hours.
