Oh shit yeah bear, agree 110% ! Was talking to a local young couple a few weeks ago who have never grown / harvested before who stated that trimming "must be so much fun". I bit my tounge and said they can come and have as much "fun" as they likes helping me with my photo harvest in a couple of months and I'll throw them some buds. Fantastic man, she is really budding up now.
Alright, It is day 46 and she put the brakes on upward growth, and is loading up her budsites
She has two cola's that are right at 51" & between 15 -20 cola's that are about 44".
I switched the nutes to flower yesterday (day 45)
This girl is a beast out and out. I won't be able to take her out of her space until harvest, as she is already too big for me too easily move.
I may need the winch to move her or a wench to help me afterwards!
I think the pictures speak for themselves, even as crappy as they are.
I had to laugh at some "savage alien" on fb saying it was "tall & lanky".
It sounded as if he had inhaled some Hynerian flatulence.

***Upward growth slowed significantly, so time to switch to the flowering nutes.

Alright,
It is day 50 . Vertical growth has slowed to a crawl
She has two cola's that are right at 52" & between 15 -20 cola's that are about 44"-45".
She has a bit of light burn on some of her older fan leaves.
She is consuming between 6-8 liters of solution a day.
I think the pictures speak for themselves, even as crappy as they are.

Aloha GB sir you got one deep green thumb! I am gearing up for my 1st grow and I have already purchased AN nutes ph veg, bloom, micro. In your opinion, should I stay with AN or should I switch to dutch pro nutes? Also I am confused with the cal/mag issue, seems to be a common deficiency should I add cal/mag to my shopping list ? And what brand do you suggest? Thank you for mana'o and time.

I appreciate the sentiment, really, but I am regularly amazed by the grows of many of the "unknowns" or "lesser knowns" here on AFN.
I think anyone that applies themselves just a bit, can reap some big rewards from their garden. And I aim to help them in my own small ways.
AN has good products, I have used them. I experienced Cal-deficiencies in about 2/3 of my grows using it.
However, I found the 3 part you are using does not have as many issues as the 2 part.
I like the Dutchpro line so far, but I would really like to run it for a full year before giving an unqualified endorsement.

Understood, humility is an exellent sentiment, keeps you grounded. Mahalo for the insights, I feel more confident I will be successful because of the knowledge base found here, just trying express my appreciation cause I cannot show you how your knowledge is being used until I can actually get my magic beans in the rockwool as it were. Plus I am profoundly inept at the whole emoticon thingy. Still, it is obvious you put your heart and soul into your grows, I respect that immensely.
