Dutch Passion Auto Glueberry OG: 1000W HID RDWC Hydroponics

Thanks for all of the advice. The more knowledge I have, the better grower I will become. The support on this site is amazing and allows everyone to share their grows without feeling inadequate or worrying about judgement.

@sanguine if that was a rant, you can rant on my page at anytime. Haha love the advice about lowering her feed to keep pH in check. At the moment I'm feeding un-pHed water just to get the ppms down and pH up. Between your and @Corgy 's comments, I clearly need to do more research on flushing in DWC. I'm still a novice at hydroponics so any and all advice is welcome.

@Sensi Jay thanks for the compliments! But, I truly can't take all of the credit. Dutch Passion's (@DutchPassionTony ) genetics are really some of the best. Out of all of the DP grows I've done, I have yet to be disappointed or yield less than 4+ oz regardless of light or growing conditions. Their plants are just grown to shine. Whenever I try a new grower, I immediately wish I would have popped a DP seed instead. Well, with the exception for Mephisto Genetics.

I have a Man Bear Alien Pig (maybe Stilton Special) just waiting to go in the DWC for the Mephisto competition in September.

@mephisto I can't wait to show off your genetics... When you find a winner, there is no need to search for another breeder. At least I've been able to find 2 seed companies more interested in quality products than pollen chucking. For that, I thank you!

Now, a quick picture of my outdoor girls. They're getting jealous:

Green Green Green!!!

That's good to know man, I got auto white widow, mazar and Brooklyn Sunrise in the seed roster, looking forward to running em.

@Sensi Jay i also have those seeds ready to pop! But, I can't help but want to run an auto ultimate next just for the thrill of having forearm sized colas dominate my plant... decisions decision. With all of these growers pulling kilos from 1 or 2 plants seems like a growers dream come true for a closet grower.

I'd really like to hear a smoke report for the auto ultimate and see if the smoke is worth the amount of bud it produces.

@sanguine @Corgy @A-Train Hey guys, I have a huge favor to ask. I've noticed the fan leaves at the top of my plant, and closest to the light, are beginning to turn yellow. We are currently on day 66. I'm curious if this is a deficiency (I've had pH and TDS in check the whole time) or just the plant telling me it is done feeding and ready to mature by using up the last bit of nutrients in it's leaves. If this is the case, how do I go forward with feeding? None of the pistils have browned yet.

Im noticing the pH decreasing on a daily basis and the TDS increasing. Like @sanguine suggested, I'm going to do a complete nutrient change and see if that helps. Any advice on a target ppm at this point?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Some of the very high leaves are a little heat stressed, but the leaves I'm seeing the yellow on are not that close to the light.

Any ideas welcome!

I would hold true... some plants do that some dont. Sometime its a problem sometimes it is what it is....

I run my same feed on most plants unless something happens early like day 30 to 40 maybe day 50 on a long strain.

Anything past day 60 i ride it out. The plant will still produce...

@A-Train Nice, thats exactly what I wanted to hear. I'm just going to lower my feed and let it do its thing. Thanks for the quick response, literally 5 minutes. Haha

Yea brother what a-train said i would still make a fresh res a fair bit weaker maybe 200 ppm less because the high ppm will cause lockout just when shes looking P and K the most.

That 1000W is a beast as well the intensity of my 450 will do the same to taller plants.

You're 450? I'm a huge fan of LEDs, but have been unsure which one to get due to the huge variability in output even though the lights are rated the same. Any suggestions on a good LED to buy?

Thanks!
