I was rambling. Bottom line your correct. Luckily I'm not pressed for money but I'd be loading a gun if I had saved for a few months to end up with empty pockets and no lights.Absolutely disgusting customer service everyone should boycott them

Slightly stunted but gosh not by much there still to hit the stretch is that rightAfter all the work I ended up hurting my seedlings during the transplant. I don't think they will fully recover but they are getting pretty big at day 30
Lol thanks. Yes they are awaiting the stretch still. This was day 30 from seed. They have filled a lot since then too but compared to last run these girls are a little thin and leggy.Slightly stunted but gosh not by much there still to hit the stretch is that right
I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. That really sucks.I started my last grow with 2 kind k5 1000 watt leds; after 2 weeks they burned out and to keep things going I picked up the beautiful Amares in the pictures before getting a return credit from kind. Yesterday kind contacted me saying the lights were destroyed in shipping and I'm basically screwed. The warranty is 90 days money back on like new lights and since they aren't like new they won't take them back.
Ups only pays u to 100$ for non insured items and the shipping costs after they make u bend over backwards for them. I got a deal on them from growers house from the original 1695 down to 1440 each and now I'm in the hole with nothing. It says a lot about a company when they are pushed by self protecting policy.
My advice to anyone looking to drop a large chunk on lights contact the company first. Ask them these questions. Your expecting perfect products and the shipping damage rate is throug the roof. Buying local is always the best but buying from good companies is better!!!
Amare texhnologies sends you a new light for the first years with no out of pocket. And continue to cover you for a full 4 more years after. So it's a 5 year warranty and they are always happy to help in any way they can. This has been a learning experience and I'm happy I'm past it but I paid a lot in the end

I have no experience with led but what I do know is in veg if the led is to close it really stunts growth for a 300w actual draw they say about 20 inch away for a 1000w I'd go about 35-40 inch away and work from thereLol thanks. Yes they are awaiting the stretch still. This was day 30 from seed. They have filled a lot since then too but compared to last run these girls are a little thin and leggy.
I'll blame myself for the transplant and also my little knowledge on cob leds, par watts, umoles, ppfd these ones hanging blow away 1000w hps. Only running 600's in the past it's tough to judge how high they should be. Currently I only have 1000 watts above them but since it's so intense they seem a little shocked.
