I do usually defoliate but I've just been watching because I've never grown with LED or a 100% sativa or a scrog. I might I might not I haven't decided lol.

Thanks for following.

Thanks for following. I was pretty sure I was going to mess this grow up but it's fairly flawless. Link me your journal so I can follow if you have one
No journal at the min looking to go again in 6 weeks or so, I will be running some sundea drive s1 from cannarado and hunting for the golden pheno. (Insert willy wonker GIF here)

If I remember rightly your one of the guys who got me into QBs how much heat are they producing in comparison to HPS? I know there not downward heat as such but I’m curious to how much heat there putting into the garden. I got mine at customs atm they want import tax lol

I can get them almost touching. I've burnt a few leaves that stretched into the cobs themselves but otherwise fine. Temp gun says 105f with no heat sink and 90f on the driver. I'm sure the QBs will be cooler with heat sinks that my EB's without but I actually appreciate the heat because my lights on gets to 82f ambient and lights off at 73f ambient.

I just like taking pictures. They are still stretching. Gotta order some Jack's FeED. Switching to Rockwool for the clones with ebb and flow, I run through nutes and water.

We'll start with the clones and move to the flowers.

Wow, very nice :toke:

From how many sides do you have access?

Your clones are amazing, which setup exactly do you use, and do you use hormones like Rootit or Clonex?

I can get in the tent on three sides. I made an aero cloner from a tutorial on ICmag. I use some phed water, and a light feed of liquid karma and pure blend pro otherwise that's it. I'm thinking around week 6 I'll do some defoliation but it depends on how the buds are developing. Since these are pure sativas I don't want to remove leaves if I can help it but they are leafier than other sativas I've seen. First sativa I've ever grown so I'm playing it safe, I've found their stems to be a bit less durable and break easier from super cropping than the indicas I've grown

Nice job with cloner, I might look into this in a little while and bug you about it haha, I just stick my clones in a 3 l netpot with coco and put a dome over them, usually takes about 10-10 days before I see new growth. The nice thing with netpots is they can be dumped into a larger netpot and so forth, the Lego repotting system©® lol

If that was my canopy, any leaf larger than 8-10 cm would be removed, except the lowers that doesn't shade any buds, but sure, makes sense to play it safe first time around. You could try to do half or so, see if it makes any difference in bud development

Yeah, what you say about the sativa branches, I supercrop all the time, well, as far as the branches are barely pliable, it's an ongoing daily thing, like watering, feeding, defol and all the other boring mundane stuff I haven't figured out how to automate or make someone else do lol
