I roughly do VPD based off the linked chart. I've been doing it since my second grow. So I sit at the 77-80f Leaf Surface Temp with 72-80% TH so that my day and night temperatures don't drift excessively.

I have a similar chart I use. I record the VPD values in my notes. I have problems with very low humidity this time of year... usually in the 10 or 11 point range.

They were looking light this morning and I got to thinking about my water being 188 ppm initially so I figured increasing the ppm to 800 would work better. I tried low initial ppms on my first coco grow and they seemed under fed as well.

The one that germinated last I had to pull the tap root out of the shell. I watered it separately and I'm hoping it will grow. It had the membrane on the cotedylons which I removed.

The runt that was stuck inn it's seed is growing small and slowly because it's behind.

Watering everyone but the runt 5x a day with small shots and I tried to FIM four of them. Never done it before so I'll wait lol. I don't add aeration to my reservoir which I was hesitant to do but my ph has remained so stable I don't think I ever will again plus my irrigation has an anti siphon valve and a return line.

Not much to add but they are growing faster than my autos.

Admittedly I didn't want to post because I swore had messed up the plants. I fimmed them around day 8 and didn't know to pull back the fan leaves lol.

After fimming them I have a lot of side shoots coming out and the stems are thickening up. Watering them five times a day. They might be getting hungry but I'll wait a bit because they seem to be growing slowly.

Opened the tent today and to my surprise 4/6 had fan leaves extending past the pot and many side branches so...

I super cropped the main stem down to break apical dominance and fimmed a side branch directly opposite from the direction of the main stem. Held the main stems down with cut up hangers lol. That was about it. Hopefully I can get some nice wide and kind of flat canopy before I throw the scrog net in plus this strain can get tall so I want to get as much as I can before it hits 18".

The training has paid off for most part. I've pony tailed a few of the main stems that didn't want to stay down. I did discover that these stems are much easier to break and I split every single stem lol.

They have gotten bushy and their heights have between lowered significantly. The amazing thing has been that on one of the broken stems, I almost completely broke but it recovered so quickly and continued to produce growth.

The runt is on its 3rd node relatively short and I'll be holding off on fimming it or training it for another week or so. I don't know if a 4 week veg is going to fill my net so two more weeks to go

I went ahead and threw the net in because they were getting and I couldn't get enough lights into the twins. The runt was just moved to the side until it grows or the other 5 out grow the need for the sixth plant. I'll probably just let it flower on the same schedule and possibly over fill or under fill the tent.

I set the scrog with the intent to cut as few lower branches as possible so that I would have enough for monster cropping. Never done a scruff so I intend to mess up
