New Grower 2nd auto grow.

Hey up.

I've finally gotten round to insulating the rest of the air intake.

They are taking a decent amount of fluids and the 3 smaller ,younger ones have all got pre flowers on them. The oldest 1 is stretching, I think it's a case of not seeing wood for trees as she is bushy. About 10 branches all coming up level with top of plant.

Here's pics.

I've had a grow threatening problem!

The extract fan kept the missus awake all night!

I've averted disaster by mounting it on bungees, so there is now zero vibration being transferred.

Hey up

About half way through the stretch and I've flicked this button

It turns the light full spectrum so what possible harm could it do?

I'm leaving them on veg nutes for another week or so. Got 2 that I think may make a take over bid for the other side of the tent.

The blueberry amnesia has broader leaves than the super skunk. Go figure?

Ph stable, taking good amount of feed.

Hey up

Whilst taking a stroll round the garden, thinking how well it's going, nothing but rich green hues. Then I spotted this.

Wind burn. The fan has also carried out some pruning.

I wasn't expecting them to stay so squat, so next grow I'll move the fan.

They seem to be loving the full light although this may be a tiny bit of light stress?

Actually, looking at it a bit bigger it is only one fan leaf slightly cupping.

Watch this space.

Hey up

Minor update.

Very impressed with the speed of the blueberry amnesia
20151208_160651.jpg
she is about a month old and beginning to cluster compared to the super skunk below, at nearly 2 months.

The SS is a beast compared to the ba, no doubt the yield will be a LOT more.

By some sort of happy accident they may ripen up about the same time.

I'll open up the tent at some point this week (not an easy task with all the insulation ), so I can get some decent pics. Also need to look at the tips on 1 branch on a back plant.

Hey up

1st issue with using LED'S. The colour rendering makes it more difficult to see what the language of the leaf. I've been using torchlight, but the main way (which is a bit hit and miss) is turn off the lights and fire off the camera in the dark and then study the pics at my leasure. My access to view the space is compounded by massive amount of insulation I've added! @hardon may well of been right about the joys of loft growing wearing thin!

But checked my photos and found this

The yellowing tips are on the new growth, I'm more concerned about the yellowing of the upper leaves. All 4 have this to some degree. As they are now less than 18" from the mars I'm thinking maybe it's led bleaching . But it's worse on one of the shorter plants!?
I need to get some proper lighting in there to have a good look, here some more pics.

So, some how gonna have to get the light higher. I'll have to relocate the filter and make up some different hangers.

Got in there with a decent light. As well as the tips, the yellowing in the upper leafs runs along the veins.

I'm going with nutes burn. I did up the ec last week.

I've dropped ec back down, also lowered the ph just in case this a trace elment issue.

Pics? OK.

The difference a day makes! They responded instantly to the light being moved.

The girls are almost calling the light back down.
