For the GSC, I think the leaf problem is phosphorous deficiency. You might feed her in particular a bit harder with the bloom.
For the Jack, the outdoor darkness should help kick her into gear. You might thin out and remove some of those inner branches before flowering does start, it looks cramped. A harder feed of P and K is also said to help kick start flowering, so again, avoid any more of those supplements with a lot of N in them for a while, she's plenty green.
