Yes it's true, nights are not much colder and because I keep the lights and the ventilation running 24/7 I can't play with those factors. The temp in the room is always between 23c and 28c

Never been a fan of 24hr.

The leds would appreciate a little cooling down as well.

TBH temperature induced colour (on my skunk anyway) doesn't get right into the bud leaves and it fades during the cure.
