I have also added a wet towel to the room we will see what that does and should I add any micro to my water yet next water will be in 2 days probably

yes micros are great for this stage of growth and it will really help your roots get established. and yes i would wait the 2 days before watering again so you dont overwater and drown them... BTW welcome to AFN and take a to get ya started... Welcome Home....

Followed your link over from another journal. I'm a bit curious about your grow medium 70/30 peat and perlite. What about dolomite lime?

Peat is acidic and while it is used to grow cannabis and some people like it a lot it's usually amended with Dolomite lime to help with that. I've known a few growers who use pro mix, which is peat based and they do pH higher than typical hydro once they start to feed, but I wouldn't know how to deal with a mix that hasn't been amended with lime.

That light is really interesting they seem to have put two 5 watt chips together under the same lens and call it at 10 watt chip. I haven't seen that before but it's not a whole lot different than what you see with cob chips. Totaling the watts under one lense anyway.

Your going to struggle to keep that RH up, Best way, place saran wrap over your pots, 40 mins later you RH will be in the 80s.

Or, place a clear Tupperware container over the area with the seed.

You may be okay if your pH is around 6.5 but honestly I don't trust those soil probe type meters myself. I usually go for the soil sample dry it out grind it up into a powder mixed with distilled water and add this capsule and see what color it is myself.

I probably wouldn't use a bag of peat moss unless I was making my own custom mix. And really checking the pH carefully. If you want to grow in that type of mix you should check out the Pro mix line up because they give you a really nice pH balance mix.

Just in case things go south on the you a little bit down the road you might want to think about a different medium for growing. Even if you follow a recipe the pH scale is logarithmic like earthquakes so a few points off in your medium can be a disaster.

I don't know how this company can state this is a 1000w LED, The true Draw is 220w.

Wouldn't that make this a 300w LED... My 550 are 550 watt. But 400Watt True draw. what am I missing here???

Well that's all I have and can't afford a change right now pretty sure I have the capsules laying around somewhere I'll look and test the dirt but I'm scared now just couldn't afford ff so I got the most organic I could without fertz

I wonder if that led is a lens problem like the Mars had a little while back? The chip could still be good you might have to replace that lens depend upon what the manufacturer is willing to do about it.
