I use the GH trio and I go 5 mil to the gallon by the second set of leaves. Never grown in peat, but you should probably feed the same as coco for quantity. I don't know about pH for peat.
jingo I switched grows completely remember? had to move out these are not in 100% peat anymore lol stupid idea but any ways now they are in dirt/verm/peat about 60-30-10. I just checked the soil it was pretty dry so I went ahead and followed neals chart with 2ml micro and 3ml of bloom so well se in a day or so if they live lol they are happy so far much better than the ones that were in just peat.
was smoking in the room last night with my gf and forgot too turn my led back on 
so all night they had 2 cfls on them they seem to still have grown despite forgetting the light switch lol. will get a camera very soon these babies are starting to pick up!

Yeah I forgot you made the change but I'm glad you're out of that peat actually. You know I have used General Hydroponics in soil I believe I had about the strength your feeding but only about every second or third water and that particular plant was getting watered about every two days towards the end. Oh yeah, it was actually a photo period strain, but I never had any issues with nutrient burn.
I added a old t5 setup I had to my room along the led and 50watts of cfl. the t5s are 30 watts each so another 120 watts looking plenty bright now!
