Yea I don't like the Jiffy Pod plugs(they hold too much water). These root riots are sponges and they will only hold the perfect amount of water(supposedly). Did you ever try the Root Riots? My Fantasmos are doing great so far(only 10 days in...but hey, small victories!...haha). What was your challenge with them? Are they finicky? These Hubbabubbasmelloscopes sure are! But, they are the first autos I've ever grown...and only my 2nd grow ever....so that could have some to do with it.

How about http://www.fertil.us/ Wood fiber root pruning direct transplant pots? Bottom of pots are thin and you can see thru and sides prune the roots as they develop? Used them for years outdoors.

Good thing I have an 8x8 and only popped two Grapey Walters. Its going to be interesting to see how much space these 10 Mephs take up in the tent. I know one day when my skills are better I could probably grow 4 plants in an 8x8 and fill it up. But I dont really want to do that.

i could have gone longer tbh cant remember exact 67 days at rough guess with training and lst topping etc... the deez nuggs im doing are very strong plants for hst lst i use bio silicon with all plants from birth which i believe toughness them up a lil bit (dont go snapping ur girls lol) @mephisto strains they are quite like what they say on the tin and you get to know them then your skill comes into play, knowledge is power no fear look at finding certain traits in strains i say, ive grown a stable uk cheese mother for a long time and tried the lot, i can say we have done our bit with the cheese haha amazing tasting ko strain....... i would defo recommend topping your gw you by far have the space my friend and u gotta break ur topping cherry for autos if u aint done it yet haha all the best...... (pm if you wanna ask anything pal)

One week since the last update. Day 17 now. I was away for 5 days and a friend tended the girls for me.

I have some mold on top of the coco that i need to get rid of. Temperature is averaging around 78F and RH around 60%. I was surprised to see mold because I've used that temp and RH before without an issue. I reduced the humidifier output a bit today.

Going to start LST today. Nothing crazy. Just going to starting by gradually bending the main colas to one side. Bit by bit each day., Decided not to top anything because even a short slow down from topping isn't something I want to see.

Looking good. Mycos near the top can produce a green mold or algae looking. Possibly from light exposure? You can put a layer of Hydroton on top or try having the Coco dry out more. Good luck. Slow
