I’m working on some trick methods but for now this is how I dab 
Try it like this: Layer your joint - weed rosin weed, then roll it. If it's in between your weed it will keep the paper from running or dripping. And is easier to roll. If you get it right out of the freezer it should be stable enough for you to work with it and shape the rosin into a little snake or just sprinkled on.I’m working on some trick methods but for now this is how I dab

so fill pot with Allmix & make a hole in the centre for the seed.
use something abit bigger than a solo cup for the amount of lightmix i use?

Yup exactly and nope no more then a solo cups worth will be fine.. Fill your pot with a empty cup in the center first pot some all mix in the bottom then fill around the solo cup then remove it and fill with your seed/light mix you should only need a hand full or so of light mix in the middle
