Well done for starting your first thread!! :D
I'm now subscribed (as in my settings I automatically subscribe to all threads that i've posted in)

Good luck with this one! I'm sure you'll get plenty of help along the way if you need it!

Just a heads up (it may have been a mis-type) - Sulphuric acid is battery acid, and I'm not sure if it will be good for plants at all.
Mostly people use Nitric acid for PH down (or the purists may use phosphoric in bloom) .. or if doing organic, Citric Acid (lemon juice).

Good luck with the grow!! :D

Thanks
You read correctly , I was told it was good for them its like 3-5 ml per 15 gallons of water. I think I'll go research it in more depth :/

I've just done some research (as i've never heard anyone else using it) ... But yeah, apparently food grade sulphic acid is safe to use in hydroponics and offers the largest PH dropping ability per volume of ALL the acids.

Sounds lethal!! :D ...
I live and learn!
:pass:

Sister
I just took these

1st is smaller skunk the close ups are of the taller plant and I don't recall seeing one with no branches I pulled her over 3 days ago
They are the 2 plants to the right the other 4 are fire buds care bears

@oldtimerocnrol65 :welcome:Welcome to AFN:welcome:.

I have not seen a plant that did not branch that I remember? I believe this is genetic but I have also never seen home growers using sulfuric acid for PH down? Nitric Acid becomes nitrogen, Phosphoric Acid becomes phosphorous, and Sulfuric Acid becomes sulfates. So Nitric in Veg, Phosphoric in Bloom and Sulfuric when you do not want to change the nutrient profile.

When I PH my 10 gallon reservoir it does not change the nutrient balance very much at about 10 PPM for either of the nitric or phosphoric acids.

Overall your plants look good. Carry on.

thanks for the info, and yeah I've never seen this but but only have done a few grows a while back..
I went to medical grade suferic because I was not able to stablelize ph and it was taking massavie amount of phosphoric or nitric, since then I have had no issues. So if there's a reason I should change i could use
.
