Hello All - back again, things got in the way a bit, but now I think it is all good.
The predator came down and is currently sat in Grove bags drying.
The nuggets on this lady are absolutely solid and sugar laden. I will get some pics up later, but the total dry weight on fine nuggage was 172g so a joint or two over 6oz, and a small baggy of bits that did not make the cut for the groves that will go to hash making. Very respectable for such a small stocky plant.
To be honest i have yet to have a smoke on it - but she has been trimmed, dried and is curing away in the fridge (in the grove of course).
Anyway, I started some beans before hand but I threw them out so I started again. In teh meantime I have re-jigged my room, mainly to swap the lights from the Kroptek LED which has been epic, to the PAR+ which is supposed to be better, I did one run with the PAR+ in the Sawney soil tent and the amount of crystal everywhere was noticeable, lets see if it makes a difference. I also added a relay just because I spent so much time galavanting it just adds an extra layer of safety.
The room now looks like this:
Put a new CarboAir filter in, and swapped the Phresh Hyperfan that was in there with only a speed dial, to my other Phresh Hyperfan V2 which is rigged to the GAS EC2 controller, with that along with the Inkbird connected to a heater and AC rig if needed then the temps should be something I dont have to look at again other than on the Inkbird App.
I have also, changed teh coco I use - all my days I have really only used Canna coco/clay mix which is 70 coco 30 clay mix, the last few runs I have had some minor issues with watering, so this time I have gone for Gold Label Hydro coco mix which is a 60 clay and 60 coco mix allowing for plenty of frequent watering with more oxygen potentially available plus ofcourse the better drainage.
The four seeds that are going in this time are:
From
@SuperSativaSeedClub_John we have the Afghan x Northern Lights x Auto, and a Purple Punch Auto
From Reiko-X (a private breeder in the US) a Glo F2
From Mephisto, we have a Bear Assed Monkey
My germination works nowadays, so thank you all very muchly for the help with that - the way I do it now and always gives me 4/4 is sitting them on a bed of damp worm poo covered and sat in a heated prop - once they show they are moved to small coco pots that the roots grow through - this way there is no need to transplant, just pop them in to teh final pots once they take root.
As you can see they have all cracked so will move in a bit to the little pots.
Anyway, nice to get going again, it was sending me crackers not growing for the few weeks I was a hobo.
Cheerio all - and have a wonderful day
Z
