Indoor Zaaboot has gone to pot 2022 auto spree

Maybe a bit basic but, time of day can make a large difference. If it's close to lights out they may just be getting ready for rest. Do you take the pics at the same time and is it mid cycle, end, beginning? Could just be a sensitive plant. Definitely some good advice from the other posts above as well.

Also your flowering plant pics a few posts up, that's gone well hasnt it! Very nice!

You see a- a touch wilted - not sure what’s on - any takers

just a theory on the NUGZ dude . They don't grow big so there for don't need a defol. They are almost typical indica plant's . Slow to react and slow to recover. Just let them be and they will do there thing .

Hey Sawney, you could have cracked it - the moisture in the pots has not changed and it is very similar to all the pots in the room, they were both indeed defoliated very slightly a week or so ago to make way for their lovely looking side branches which are nearly same height as the main stalk, that must be it.

Got to say, the Predator is loverly Jubberly - you can see it just wants to grow, its almost growing out of its own leaves :bighug: I would like to put one of those in a 20+ litre pt and let it grow like the wind.

Thanks for that - I shall leave them alone from now on mate :pass:

Hey m8.. I know you're no novice so.. trying not to insult your intelligence.. the most obvious things are of course over or under watered.. I assume they're on Blumats like the rest??? Are your pots overly heavy or overly light to lift?? Have they been like that for long? Maybe they were just takin a little rest when you looked in? They're certainly not as perky as the rest of your girls.. which are looking great BTW.. but still not 'unhealthy' looking to my eye.. just a bit limp.
hey Hope, water was the first thing I checked, once again being a noob with soil I wasn't sure what to look for so I checked:
Saucers: No run off in any
Blumats: No leaks
Weight: This was the hardest to gauge me to be fair, in my mind it sounds odd, the plant grows, it needs more water, the water has a weight, the plant has a weight which increase over time (daily in theory - as the plant grows it gets heavier as does the amount of H2O teh plant retains itself), so the pot will never be the same dry/wet/inbetween weight as day one...surely, or am I just being a cockwomble?
The last thing I did was pome my pinkie in each pot, including the NUGZ, they pretty much all felt the same, not wet, not dry - a little fluffy, with a few specs sticking to my finger.

Timewise, it has certainly been a few days, this is what has baffled me, nothing has changed in the room, al the gadgets are working as they should, temps and RH is where I want it even the res has a water heater in it set at 20

And yes, the others, I am pleased with - good genetics, good gear very much removes the humantard element - the Predator is a stunner!

thanks mate

hey there DCLXVI, hope you are well!
I thought that, but I have been checking throughout the day for a couple of days now - it saddens me seeing unhappy lasses so I have been stalking them a bit.
Lookking through all the posts, I feel Sawney may have hit it on the head - I took a few leaves of the two of them a few days back - that is the single variable.

Thanks - the other tent is really frosting up now which is nice - the smells are great in the morning with a cup of tea and a dooby

Here is another one for you . Each strain will have a metabolism of its own. Each strain will take in what it needs on a regular basis and will show you it's metabolism threw water consumption. If you're plant is always wet then it can cause issues with plants that need the soil to dry out for the plant to be more efficient . The problems I have with my plant's is just that . Roots don't grow there for my plant's didn't.

Makes sense Sawney, I think I will turn the carrot on those two plants down a click or two and see how they go with a touch less moisture content in their pots

Thanks :pass:

I think you may have just caught them at nap time m8 unless of course the droop has been prolonged already?

sadly its been a few days now - looking through the advise, I have reduced the flow on the carrots in those two pots, maybe they just prefer slightly less mpoist soil, and I will also not rip any more leaves off and let her do her thing - lets see if that works

Good call m8.. it may be as simple as they want/need more of a wet/dry cycle than the Blumats are giving.. If reducing the flow to your carrots doesn't work i'd turn the Nugz ones off/disconnect them completely (if poss.. dont know anything about Blumats!) and let your pots dry out for 24/36 hours to see if the wee ladies pick up with that dry out.. and if so then safe to conclude that the Nugz roots want more oxygen around them more often than the flow from your Blumats is allowing?? I'm guessing that was probably your next step anyway if the flow reduction doesnt work.. hope they pick up for ya
