Yoo so Air Conditioner came in so on the 27th (today when im writing) we are flipping to 12-12.
Did some last minute defol and bent over a few tops that were particularly high. Day 1 of flower is here. Gave all the ladies a feeding of Terp Tea Bloom at 2tsp/per 3 gallon pot.

Week 4
Mixed up my dates, this is the real week 4 for the veg seedlings. They all look pretty happy and also every rooted clone seems to be doing great. They all got a dosing of terp tea grow at around 1/8th of a tsp/per solo cup earlier in the week. Seen a little discoloration so wanted to keep em happy. In veg I usually let the plants tell me what I need where in bloom I try to follow a feeding schedule.

Thrips won't die in either tent, but the Lost Coast Plant Therapy spraying seems to keep em away for a day or two. Gotta reorder more of that because I'm pretty sure the thrips are used to the dr zymes. Anyone ever use Diamatomaceus Earth on their soil to stop pests from coming back? I want to top dress some after a watering day to try and kill em off for good. Anyways, watering amount has increased so the ladies are starting to drink more and more as they are progressing.
Good week.

Used diatomaceous soil on my lawn before. Does great for killing off fleas until it rains, then gotta reply after it dries out.

Day 4

Garlic Juice.
Wow this girl prays so hard, so glad I took more cuttings of her.

Going well in there! Hope you get the pests under control soon, smooth sailing ahead.

Thanks for the well wishes bro, whatever type of thrips I got are the type that don't fly, but they definitely munch the hell outta whatever leaves they get on. I haven't been spraying every single day, closer to 2 days on and one day off with lost coast. I see maybe 2 or 3 in the whole tent on the days that I don't spray. I guess if thats all I am seeing, the problem is not as bad as I thought. Imma stay on these pests tho dont worry :fire:

Day 8
Beginning of the 2nd week of flower, nice.

Thrips still not dead, not nice.
Lost Coast application everyday at 0530 before lights go out at 6.
"Lost Coast Plant Therapy may be used until the day of harvest".
The same with Dr.Zymes so that makes me feel easy. The plant damage doesn't tho but good or bad I'm here to report.

4x4 got a top dressing of Terp Tea Bloom @ 2Tsp a pot. I then watered with Fish Shit at 6ml/ 1gal of R.O water.

4x2 got a baby dosing of Oregonism which is Roots Organic's microbe powder, earlier in the week. They will get repotted next week on my next day off. They really want it. I'm killing off all males, might keep pollen from a Grease trap if one is a male. (Which we might have signs of already). The Grease trap comes from 808 genetics Haole Girl x Their "Crippy" wow is all I can say, these 3 are gas smelling already with a hint of sweetness. I think whatever girl I get from them will be the only plant I clone from these seedlings, but time will tell.

Boy?

:shooty:@Kaua'i Guy just dropping in to tell you about Pyganic. This stuff mixes with water and is sprayed on your plants (Only spray outdoors). Then keep the plants out of light for 24 hours. I used Pyganic on a infested grow (russet mites) and it totally got rid of them and the plants did well. It works on many buggers.

Not sure if they needed calmag or this is the recovering thrip damage but no worries, gave a 1 tsp per pot of Roots Organic's "Elemental" which is an organic calmag that can be top dressed.
The veg tent is showing the same spots but they will have more time to get back on track. Better to have a deficiency than a toxicity, and I am still learning these new nutes and finding out their application rates.

After watching a helpful video reference I have narrowed down this problem cal mag. Dang and when the damage started I was just thinking it was the effect of the thrips. (Fininshing up the draft I typed in the AM)

I am thankful I got these plants but damn they have been a pain in the neck :pass:

Also I'm super bummed cause I got some shatter this week from a friend.. never had shatter that looked so beautiful but sucked so bad :crying:

When the back is hurting though, I could care less about the taste. At the very least this Purple Polar Bear shatter is potent.

I dropped 2 Seedstocker autos from a seedstockers mix auto pack, my first autos! Iirc in this pack there was an unknown ratio of BCNCriticalXxl, Super Skunk, Blackberry gum, and Big Bud. I'd be down with anything but a skunk that'll stink up the neighborhood lol, but I'll happily grow what I get. I'm excited for these beans cause I've given away a few and they were all fat round seeds.

I was going to hold off my outdoor grow adventures till next year, but I have been working alot lately so I just might go ahead and splurge on supplies for my first outdoor run at my new place. I've never grown outdoors before in a mountainous 4 seasons environment but I've been told at the greenhouse store to go outside after May just to be safe. So I'll start in the tents and send em outside. If I go that route.

Next year I want to try reversing some Dutch passion autoduckfoot outside. Long ago are the days where I'll pay even 8 bucks a seed. I got enough photo seeds to last me a decade so I'd feel silly paying so much. So yeah I'll try to blast a duck with silver and then grow another to get pollinated. I'll grab a 7 pack and try my first hand at reversing. Really wanna have a stock of these for potential guerilla grows and to give to friends.

I take a dab and then I type so damn much haha I'm out, I'll update the 4x4 in the next couple days.

Day 15
Begin week 3 nice.

So I gave them a nice defol and seeing as how hard I went on the defol I may or may not defol again in week 5. Got rid of major fan leaves and leave blocking prime budsites. I did however find 1 single thrip in the grow so I guess it's a mini win I'm not sure. To combat this after I applied topdress nutes and watered in, I applied some Diamatomaceus Earth to the soil and spritzed some lost coast on the plants.

On the nutrient side of things, I will say that I'm officially no longer completely organic, I am now organic based. I highly underestimated the strength of the dry ammendment cal mag I have and the plants suffered because of my foolishness. To get some cal mag and some "organic based" tea nutes into the plants this past week I have been administering foliar sprays to both of my tents. I got some non organic calmag and an organic based tea product at quarter strength in a spray bottle, I'm broke and I got these nutes from a friend so thats how it goes.. The new growth is coming in relatively happy so I think my efforts are not in vain.
