EDIT: Update... Checked in on them around 3:30am and BuKu #2 is just at the surface! So far so good... Pictures to come when I get some green above dirt!

How's the orange crush seeds man,have they germed for you yet? If not here's a method I tried that worked when one of my seeds failed to germ..I took it outa the soil and gently squeezed the seed untill I heard a cracking sound,I then misted it with water and threw it back in it's pot,went away working for 5 days and when I got back she was above the soil :dance: it's not a certainty to work but it's worth a try before giving up mate

Hey Coop! Thank Mate! I'm not giving up -- Been so darn busy this week. The BuKu are above dirt now...

BuKu 1 had a shell issue... taking it off anyway. So It had 3 rough days of trying to shake it. After numerous misting and sitting out from under the lights it wouldn't come off. So I very carefully cracked it and peeled it off gently and the cotyledons were stuffed in there. They are settling now and the first set of true leaves are forming but it did hinder it a bit. BuKu too looks like a very healthy seedling. Sorry for neglecting updates in here. I'll get updated pics of them in here tonight for sure.

Sounds good mate! I'm tardy on the pics but I will get some up today. The Bukus are doing well. I'm just used to autos blowing up so quickly lol From what HomieHogLeg tells me about the smoke I'm more than willing to watch these slowly turn into some killer knockout bud! :smokebuds:

Here's the pics I promised! BuKu1 is starting to make a come back after having the shell ditching issue... I personally think I should have put her a bit further down to allow more friction with the dirt as she's rising to the surface to help shake the shell naturally. Just my thought process... That's why you see the yellowing on the tips of her cotyls... Not from nute burn. Will post picture updates as the next node forms. Or unless something exciting happens!

Quick update. The BuKu are doing great! BuKu 1 is taking off. Buku 2 is coming around and right behind her! I'll post some pics tomorrow. Good times! Herbie's says flowering time is 7 1/2 weeks... Is this really IDEAL breeder settings or will she really finish that fast? So add that time to how long I veg her correct? So 12-14 weeks then I'm guessing. Anyway -- I'm thinking out loud. lol Pics to follow tomorrow.

My neighbors, finished pretty quick,
I think he took his down at 7 weeks, but I will have to check with him to be sure.
Be sure and take a few cuts before flipping them. Then you have a potential mother for whichever phenotype you like better.

Thanks for the information bro! Good to know! Yes I planned on doing clones of them if I get some crazy pheno. Actually it doesn't matter to me... I want to clone one at least anyway to see if I can be successful doing it. Never done it before and don't know how. I have an idea but I need to do my homework before doing it. Can you store the cuttings for a later grow? Or once you cut them do you have to grow them right then and there? Thanks dude!
