Some is 55% a lot lower than I wanted. If I put a Boveda in or some from a higher percentage jar can I raise it? I read the cure is dead below 55%


you can buy humidity packs from boveda or others at 63% humidity if thats where you want to end up but 57 will be fine

a 63% humidity pack will not raise above 63% they say they will take moisture out also if over 63 but i havnt tried that myself i usually am on the dryer side

Hi all, I know you are sitting in the edge of your seats waiting for this! After drying down to about 58-60%RH I ended up with 1217g which I am happy with. It is all in glass jars getting the occasional burp. I used about 240g of this plus about 1000g of old stuff I had stashed and made some RSO for dad. I got about 100g which I’m also happy with. I couldn’t of done it without the help I have had in this site largely from the moderators and especially Trichome Farmer

. Is this the sort of yield you guys would expect from a 120x120cm (4ftx4ft) tent with 600 watt HPS? For me the real game changer from my last grow was the parabolic reflector, it gives a really nice even spread of light.

outstanding bro thats one hell of a yield i think its well above average for most including myself cant go wrong with some good seed stockers genetics does your dad like getting high or is it a purely a medical deal for him have you thought about maybe doing a 1:1 thc cbd strain and making it into rso

What did you use for your solvent?
I did a range of RSO concentrates a while ago, just using 99% ethyl alcohol.
Worked well, but very thick.

I ended up adding extra olive oil at the end.
It makes for a more liquid RSO, easier to use.

Reduced the concentration, so that about one smaller dropper was a great dose for a whole day.

Hi sorry, not logged on for a while. Yes he is thanks he takes it everyday diluted in cold pressed hemp oil. The first time I made RSO I used iso propyl alcohol but this time due to this pandemic the price trebled so I used acetone, as long as you get rid of all the solvent it leaves no trace. It should be a thick tar like substance, it's very hard to deal with. I mix it for dad at a rate of about 12% RSO to 88% hemp oil.

Thanks yes I was really happy. Made a lot of RSO and got the rest cured in glass jars. Should last me ages!
