Hey is the skinny bamboo stakes what I need to grab cuz this Pink Panama is giant tall compared to the gelato I’ve grown! I’m afraid when it starts putting flowers on it’s gonna start showing a gangsta lean if I can’t help on the support??

I gotta admit I’ve never been happier to have a bag of hay on its way to my house!! :woohoo1: The things we do for our plants to be happy productive ladies!
:pass:

@Organic Sinse ...... Bat Guano Tea - Flip I don’t know, I just “thunk it up” - just thinking out load

With oyster shells from feed store I like to grind in a blender as it comes pellet form same with clean egg shells, grind those shells - I don’t clean or grind shells when in the garden, except for a slurry I make when tomatoes show flowers - not sure I would do with an auto, the slurry that is but indoors I like to clean the shell which is a pain but not so much for small grow .....

My feed store carries Thorvin Kelp - About $75 for 50 lb bag http://thorvin.com/products/livestock/ .... this kelp is mentioned in the KIS Podcasts so what the heck figure I’m good with it - I suppose you could run that thru a grinder too.

Peace,
MOB

Straw is what you have coming - Hay would contain seeds and has lots of food value whereas straw is a by product of hay ....

Hay is cut green and the straw is the left over leaves and stems from the plant that has been harvested ...

So same plant but two different cuts ..... Happily straw is what you want and have coming ..... Just thought I would help as I don’t want you getting hay for your outdoor garden - those bails are $15 verses $5 and weigh a ton per bail compared to straw ..... Straw is yellow, hay is green .... Your Soil is going to love you, girls will respond with growth ..... Watering will go down, moisture retention up, good move!

I can’t believer some scammer out there made a profile on here and somehow got away with tricking bigsm0 from cobshop and is somewhere in Africa! He asked me to make a post letting people know the winners of them this year (was only 2 up for grabs) have already received them! Dudes still trying to finagle free shit from him! Sounds like a loser with a puter (or access to 1 in a African scammer cafe)! Right next to those trying to find an American wife!

I figured it was worth $20 over the unneeded FulPower stuff that was $21 plus tax! I can be patient a couple days til it arrives! :cooldance: But ya tis barley straw! :eyebrows:

Feed store might sell kelp by the pound too, mine does like $1.65 or something like that - you can get just a pound or two .... Explore the store, sometimes they have broken bags that go cheap - you can always use some in the yard if worse comes to worse and you move and can’t take with.

@Tom Sowell the way i build my soil i already have a healthy population of microbes . @MrOldBoy bat guano , I use a Indonesian bat guano P 12 Cal 29 Sil 10
I grind it up in a coffee grinder . then add it to the soil as I am building , also phosphate solubilizing bacteria .

Nice chart:thanks:

Leaf matter is so high in trace minerals it isn’t funny and is highly valued compost when properly aged and composted .... Had a guy vac up and grind about an acre of leaves - they were ground up pretty good - he put them in two piles, each 3’ high - 14 months later they were about a foot high and talk about some nice material to have in hand, my yard is very happy and worm population soared everywhere I spread .... Plants turned greener than green and beautiful flowers - I did sprinkle alpha pellets at same time I have to admit but that was it - pellets from feed store and leaf compost.
