I got mine for $20 for jr but shipping wasn’t free! It’s $33 for full size and $10 for shipping so my local guy said he’d match that price so not gonna wait for it to be shipped out! Gonna grab it and another lb of worms prob Monday so can let it get worked while I start the rocbudinc purple roc berry germinating! Gonna use the 2x4 as a dark room for 2 of the solo cup plants and then start the full size in there!

Ok I got a couple questions if you don’t mind?!? 1st off the other box isn’t as far off as this but I think I made my transplant hole a lil too far back so should I redo the hole on this box??

Also how’s that for straw? Got kashi mixed in/under this with the compost layer/& also on top of the straw! Also gave em lil kelp on straw that’s buried and lil rock dust! And as for taping extra hole do u just do that on the lower red cover?? And same cover tape it around fill tube? And if u do that does it just tear the cover when u take it apart or u pull cover n tube out together at the end? Or u just order extra covers from earthbox? Wanna make sure got all necessary supplies with way shipping is so jacked for virus stuff! My boveda off amazon yesterday said expected date April 28th! Here is the other box and I pray that those mites were beneficial cuz I def just saw some scurrying in the mulch on 2nd box here.....

I could tell they were hauling booty moving super quick so couldn’t get pics of them! May have to keep these juniors in 2x4 til I figure out somehow what kind they are!

I tape up open holes, reinforce corners and use an extra cover, original size, just to make sure .... I’ve planted that far back, no worries the roots will fill the box ..... mix / mulch should be fine .... on RootMaker s watch for roots coming out side holes and give i
- should take couple weeks from seedling ..... juniors will be nice and ready!

So did u just stock up on extra covers? Saw can get em for $1.50 for the pair (think said $0.75 apiece) or at the end do u just pull tube n cover that’s taped to it all out together?? That way can reuse next time?

Oh just thought about it but my local shop guy has tons of flowers planted out front in full size earthboxes so need to ask him if he has the covers from those containers stuck in a drawer somewhere? Almost positive he just drags em in at night and doesn’t worry about covering em!

Man these things are kick ass!! Excited to get the lil ones moved over! Also I got ahold of owner of worm place I used cuz getting another lb to split into big earthbox/ extra handful in the smalls and I’m gonna replenish the ones I swiped from my bin!

Already getting supa dupa fuzzy!! Also gonna go grab the full size tomorrow! Any other supplies I should grab let me know broham! Also this what I was needing to accomplish with the duct tape??

Gonna be exciting to check out the life in another 9 or so days when I transplant lil ones over! :smoking:

And this was what I added into full for worms! Is this gonna be enough cuz I put extras into my bin so have more! Grabbed another lb of em!

What are those plants that are yellowed up? I dont suggest doing the tiered thing brother, transplant your plants. Autos get rootbound and the double cup method can cause rootbounding effects, decrease yields, and generally less healthy plants. I never understood why people do that, unless you purposely want smaller plants. In fact, I suggest you try starting directy in Earthbox Junior next time. And dont worry about transplanting the Rootmakers. Push on all of the sides and bottom, back and forth to loosen the soil from the sides. Plopp it upside down like a sandcastle in your hand. Works perfectly. No need to cut them or ruin them. Wait 10-14 days, they pop out fine. Not longer than 14 days, to avoid hunger. Good luck brother. Peacex slow

Those yellowing ones are for my fastbuds solo cup growoff so only reason they’re in solo cups at all! And if u were referring to the rootmakers I had jammed into the earthboxes already that’s just to hold the shape I need for when I do transplant! Only on days 10/&9 X 3 so figured in next few days! Just don’t want to wind up breaking stem in lil ones trying to move em too early! I top watered lil at a time into juniors and the full size today cuz I hit em with my other box of 5million nematodes! They r for fungus gnats but someone from Natures good guys said they’d work for getting rid of unwanted mites and have no clue what kind mine were that got moved from bin when I got worms out for the 2 jr!
