Harvest & Curing What about harvesting?

I have a few pics, not the greatest, but hoping someone can help a first timer out with when to harvest. What do you guys think? They look mostly milky to me. Thanks in advance for all help.

What day is it on? I usually go off the triches and like to see about 80% of hairs turn red and curl back into the nug, if it has a lot of white hairs still, it probably could use more time.

Day 61. I have read to only go by trichs, not hairs. It appears that most are milky with a few amber, very few amber.

some autos dont amber properly so its best to use a combo of that and just general plant condition. id say you have a while to go but throw up a whole plant pic if you can.
strain estimates are usually off by two weeks or so.

Im new to Autos, but for Photos I dont think this is true at all. I've looked at trichs where if I was goin by that, I should chop my plants, waited an extra two weeks and had nugs double in size and get more frost too it. I think sometimes trichs can help you and tell you where the age is on your girl, but personally I think there is more to deciding when to chop than just trichs. Just my two sense tho.

Your girls look great tho, looks like they're pretty much ready.

tric watching is for efect most commonly, for personal preferance..but as bgrt said some autos wont amber up........thats where getting to know a strain comes in handy.......

if there past their peak with degrading thc when amber then whens too long? id like the couchlock effect for some but degrading thc doesnt sound like i wanna do it lol can someone explain :smokebuds:
