New Grower Wetwood - First grow - Green Crack Auto.

i been bad and only looked back a few pages.im with RamboGarden on this one, give it a good drink.coco is more like hydro than it is to soil.it dont like to be dry at all,a dry spot can make ph swing all over the show.its almost impossible to overwater an established plant in coco.
thinking about the 0 ec out the tap, isnt RO water 0 ec ? and thats real tricky to ph.
good luck.

i dont grow in coco dont use ec,i just read a bit.i dont like the water feed water system,i think feed everytime is best.
best to wait for a couple of coco growers to pop on like the super helpful RamboGarden.

So lads going to hook up my webcam and write a simple image capture every 1 hour after 12 hours makes it into a timelapse video which i will link with my daily updates.

If it were my girls i would have given calmag every watering as coco binds/makes it unavailible for the plants. Im new to coco myself but i would have given an Ec of 1.0 to the girls at this stage(when photos was taken) with waterings every day. But it looks like your girls did fine with the the EC u had. Never try fix something, thats not broken. All i advised was to water your girls, not change of any EC, as all i saw was that the smaller one asked for more water around her roots.

Great idea with the timelapse! Then you can see how the girls react to different thing. Waterings, lights on/off.

I sure did grow some pretty big plants in coco, but im still very new with it. When i have learned how to really master it i will feel more secure helping out. I dont want to be the guy trying to know things, if im not sure - im not like that. But when i do know something, i love to help out.

Well man i appreciate any knowledge and advice to be honest, doing tangs schedual but didnt want to overwater. He states 1ltr per day.
Iv read alot of different people say autos like to get a bit dry then when watered the perform better. We do it with the chillis we grow obviously all plants are diff.

Timelapse will hopefully be started tonight. Would you recommend 1hour intervals? Or 30min ? Not sure how quickly these plants adapt

Oh question the run off if any from last nights feed what would you do with it leave it at bottom or discard it?

I will be keeping lights on 24/7 to maintain heat really dont want to dip bellow 20c
