leaf curl up, from my experience tends to be environmental issues. light or fan too close usually. if tips curl down its something to do with roots : ) still got a few pages to go but im getting there.
i find it best to have a small fan placed just above the level of the plant and around 35 degrees up and over the plant from about 8 inches away if that makes sense.
you dont want the fan blowing directly onto the plant. its like getting sunburnt at the beach. the wind makes you feel cool but you burn more because of it.
same rules seem to apply here from my experience. while theyre young anyway.
also is @RamboGarden here yet? never spotted him but i did skip quickly lol.
oh and i tried and failed many times to master how to start a seedling under my blurples and just gave up.
amongst other things, i wasted a full 10 pack of stone dragons in the process : (
got a 14000k 130w big bulb CFL now that i just keep at 18-20cm for the first 2 weeks. its soooooooo much easier. absolutely useless light for anything other than seedlings but fuckin wicked for starting em up ! most useful £30 ive spent on gear so far : )
nice size tent you got aswell like. bout the same as my new one. surprisingly
big eh. i thought it would just be a bit bigger than my 100x100 but its fuckin huge lol.
@wetwood, dont you dare wait for the coco to dry out more. If the coco is to dry(even it feels moist) the roots cant uptake any water and the girl looks burned as shes running her engine without oil (water). The girls need water to function normaly. I have learned in the grows i've done in coco that u can water every day since day one if you are just giving 2 dl/day. Oxygenated water and i bet u could water two times a day in coco from start. From day 5 its hard to overwater if doing it just once a day. Coco is a magical medium and should always be treated like hydro for best results.
I see that you use clay pebbles in the bottom, i think i had something simular happen at my first(only) grow with coco/claypebbles-mix. The claypebbles could trap some water that drips down when you moving the pots, but dont get yourself fooled. Trust me, been there, done that.
I suggest atleast 2-3dl of water everyday at this stage. Acsually, if it was me i would have given 4 dl now, taken a new look at them again after two hours to see if it was a correct move.
