@RamboGarden so i was going to give the plants 1ltr each as they havent been fed in 5 days. Or should i do 40ml for a few days the start bottomfeeding

Give the smaller girl some more water (with nutrients ). Look at the coco, the coco surrounding the bigger girl looks like it has more moist in it. When the coco starts to dry, see photo ---> its time to water. Dont let it go dryer then this(Imo). The bigger girl looks fine but the smaller one ask for some more water to surround her roots,
0.4lr, 4dl, 40cl or 400ml, pick the measuremt you have. I choosed 4dl to make sure all her roots get the moisture they need. 2-3 dl might be ok tomorrow, the 4 is just to be sure.

0.0 in Ec. Nice. Lowest ive seen is 0.034ec. You have got some clean water.

Try get some more size on them before starting the bottomfeeding. I dont think they have enough roots to only live on bottomfeeding just yet. Bigger girl can probably take a liter a day with great growth. Give them a liter each if thats what you have in mind, but my advice is to water everyday. A liter today and a smaller amount tomorrow? The amount isnt so precise in coco like in soil, its hard to overwater.
