If anyone has

had trouble with seedlings growing into paper towel when germinating , why not try just wet paper. Always works for me.
Going into sponges today.

I will try anything - my germ rate is shite - since starting up again and only going autos its almost a new skill for me - before when I grew I had access to all sorts of cuttings.

Is that just school book paper with PH'd water?

Yip. its just normal paper from a writing pad and tap water. I soak my seeds for 12-20 hour's or until they sink. I place some wet kitchen towel in a food container then place wet paper on top as a base for the seeds, then another sheet of wet paper on top. I put the container on top of my tent where it's above 20 degrees and dark. It works every time.
