@Dell boy
Also - My "essentials" ph pen was cheap and lasted ..well forever since i bought it about a decade ago .. I haven't used it for a few years, but replaced the batteries when they died with no issue, and it kept working fine.

They cost about 45 sheets (if they made £1 sheets) ^_^
Just my 2 cents on these i had one and after a few months it wouldnt calabrate fully it would say it was 7.0 in the sollution but it was always a few points out no matter how much i calibrated it i ended up getting a bluelab combi meter i never looked back

Do you know the only thing I don't like about the Essentials pH meter?......the beep..idk it might have been me using it wrong?....but the pH can change after the beep....I suppose I could have re-tested the solution after the beep?..... D'oh haha....I am sooooo thick sometimes hahahaaaa

Hello st i allways store pen kci soultion thats why i am a bit pissed with bluelab stored and cleaned with there pruducts and just last a year.I think if they only have a short life span they might be hanging around in a shop for a few months before being sold which is why they very so much in life span i think if they stamped the date it was made you would have clear idea of that as they say 13 to 18 months life is not much

Anyone care to share their logic to when in the day they give their girls their feed? Some say last thing at night so soil can absorb some say a couple of hours after lights on like breakfast. Intrigued to hear from some of your pros in here.

As with most posts here's a cheeky pic this morning from AutoDevilHQ

I’d advise against watering near lights out. There is a spike in RH during the dark period anyway and adding all that extra moisture to the environment just before could make it go through the roof.
