Funny you should say that, I am trying some rqs veg and flower tabs on the pineapple atm lol
All of the problems I have had so far have been derived from using this canna terra Prof plus soil. Its pre loaded with nutes for 2 weeks... However in larger pots you water locally around the early growth for a couple of weeks, which means you haven't depleted the whole substrates nutrients due to the outer substrate is still dry and has more to give. I don't like the ambiguity of when to start liquid nutes.. I think your guaranteed at least 1 stunt per run guessing if the soil nutes have run out and either starting nutes too early or late
Your diaries have pretty much sold me on coco, both because of the results and I like that in coco, you are in control of the nutes from the beginning..
The soil I have now is bloody good, and may work for me better if I used the canna veg and flora nutes they have designed specifically for the soil..

Next grows ill do a coco run and a soil with the matching brand nutes and see which I prefer

Noticed a couple amber trichomes on the main cola flower and a couple of some of the lower ones. But some flowers dont have any at all and the trichomes are still glassey.

Whats the timeframe once amber trichomes appear for the flower to get to the harvest stage of say 20% amber? A couple of days, a week?

Also do you guys harvest flowers individually if one is ready but the others are not?

If a bud is ready by all means pluck it. Some autos never amber up some stay cloudy no matter how long you leave it. If you not in rush take it down in 1 go when all is ripe, the worst that could happen is that you may have more amber on the main cola but thats not a problem.

Blue Dream almost ready to harvest. Going to let it go a little longer until about 20% amber.

The American Pie buds are fattening up nicely. Trichs are still clear though, she has a bit more to go.

Little bit of fun DIY going on this, weekend.
I had the mini tray of pick n mix idea as I like lots of choice, I have 8 varieties on the go atm and all will be done in sequence by Jan so went a step further and started developing Rustys Candy shop.
Found an old metal case.. Measured up, and worked out it will fit 15 x 12oz square jars with black lids. In each lid I am fitting a little round hygrometer, (clocked so they all face you when you open the case). And hopefully all reading 62% lol. On the jars will be sweet shop style wipe off black board type stickers..

I know what ya gonna say......... He should get out more! Lol.

No this is my first grow. Want the blue to be more of a relaxing smoke and the AP more of a social one.

Great idea with the case. Seen somewhere before guys cut out the lids on the jars so the hygrometer fits into the hole with display on the outside and the sensor inside the jar.

Is this what you are doing?
