On those pots I would use one BioTab, that combined with the other additives will be enough for one plant. If later you notice you have a heavy feeder you can always supplement with some extra Silicium Flash, but plants in 2 gallon pots don't tend to grow bigSo how many should I use in my average 7/8 L pots.

You can damage the rootsystem when plunging that tab into the soil. You can risk it, but why? Just put that tab in there a couple of inches beneath the surface and except for a weekly Tee after they start to flower you only have to give 'm plain water
