Mars Hydro TSW 2000 ( Light test) & Auto Top drip irrigation setup

Thanks mate I'm looking forward to the first water test tomorrow to see of its gona work, there's no reason why it shouldn't, lol
Any info on biotabs anywhere as want to use just water instead of mixing nutes in the res?
I've just run 2 biotab girls but top fed but here's my buddy @Bob's Auto's he should be able to help you out regarding them

Test of the drip system to go ahead tonight.
But I'm in abit of need for abit off advise if someone could help.
With the best way to water with my set up?

1) Little amounts more often.
2) No Runoff - full soak and dry out method?
3) 10/20% Runoff - full soak.
4) No Runoff -- No Runoff -- Runoff -- ( repeat)

Not sure what way to do this. Lol

I think with the BioBizz soil shoot for #2 but I wouldn't let it fully dry out. I had run the LightMix a few times and found that if you let the top dry out too much it gets very hard, crusty, and difficult to re-wet. A nice deep soak will do good for the roots. I don't think you will need any runoff with it unless you are just using a trickle to gauge that it's fully soaked.

A trickle out the bottom here and there will mean a nice full watering.

Nice looking setup! :d5: Got any plans to deal with the run off? With drip you're gonna end up running everything according to the hungriest plant mostly. I shim up 1 side of the tray and shopvac out... Also may want to consider adding some yucca to your rez to avoid dry pockets in the soil. Good luck!

The drain table drains to a 5 Litre container underneath with a pump in it that will go off every day for 3 mins and get rid off any water,
Container also has a back up overflow pipe incase pump fails,
The pumps an auto watering pump for plants that's not good enough for irrigation, cost £22
Bought the landrip version for £45, not good enough either so I decided to build my own instead just.
Must have a read about yucca, thanks @Jerseyphresh1
