Lighting The new DIY Section

I can put both in the middle but I think they be to close and man I'm sorry I just don't have funds at time or I'd went the professional way and let u built it for me

its all good man, You are now on your way to a real savings and thats the biggest part of all this. Moving them in just a bit would help, centered would be to close as you mentioned.

You could strip all the leds off and use that new bare aluminum sheet, buy a new sheet and cut it or do what your doing. Attaching directly to the heatsink is the easiest and most cost effective.

It takes less time to strip it than to drive to the hardware store and pay them $20 bucks. Once its stripped use that side for the heatsink as its not perfectly flat once you remove the paint. Everything will fit exactly the same either way. Im happy to help if you have any more questions. It is a pretty simple build once you make it past this part.

Pair of side cutters or something similar will remove the leds, the solder is a bit tougher so use a sander. Probably the cheapest lead solder and paint so id wear a mask.

Last question and I'll let u get back to doing your work do I need use heat sink if I strip lights off.
