Crooked head, she has straightened out since the picture was taken IMG_5446.jpg IMG_5463.JPG IMG_5465.JPG

I'll label the kids with names tomorrow so I'll be able to tell them all apart when they start sexing. So glad all 7 popped, now hoping for a few females to use Mike's pollen on and continue the Mumbling Dragon strain as the breeder no longer has the strain.

Teaser shot - lower buds on a second from the bottom node, towards the inside of the plant.

She's coming down on Friday which will be day 77.

Bud porn and seed porn. Found 146 seeds so far, purposefully pollinated nodes 1,2, & partial on 3 from the soil. The two friends that helped me trim smoked the scissor hash and random calyxes in a bowl, they said it was an energetic UP high!

Mumbling Dragons - they're in super soil so they have received 1/4c of un-pH'd water every other day. I will pick up some pH down and CalMag because the plants are going to need some help once I turn on the cobs. Also have some Silicon to add to the water (real reason for pH down).
There are six now. Maleficent the Fang Baby didn't make it, the tap root didn't find its way out of the riot cube so it was starving to death.

Feeding life with the super soil mix is currently easy. I'm giving un-pH'd aired-out water from my tap that reads at 7.4 (GBD said between 6.4-7.5 is good). After my road trip next week I'll start giving a bit of Silica, CaMg, and Mammoth P along with dropping the pH to below 6.4 since I'm in coco and I should be running 5.7-6.0. I'm not starting it before I leave because I want my plant-sitter to have an easy time, I'll request daily pics so if things begin going south while I'm gone I can tell them how to correct issues.
I turned my cobs on at day 14 because the plants have plenty of roots to handle the increase in photons and transpiration. The plants have loved having higher temps and more light.
Pics taken on day 17.

One of the twins, two had severely yellow first leaflets IMG_5634.jpg IMG_5644.jpg IMG_5645.jpg
This is the slowest developer and looks super indica with it's leaf shape.IMG_5636.jpg IMG_5646.jpg IMG_5647.jpg
This is the tallest one and it has lots of purple IMG_5637.jpg IMG_5648.jpg IMG_5649.jpg

The other three...
Looks like I may have the rare white pheno, there is no purple with this one. IMG_5638.jpg IMG_5652.jpg IMG_5655.jpg
The other twin IMG_5639.jpg IMG_5650.jpg IMG_5651.jpg
This is the other super purple AND it's a mutant - trying to push four leaves out of current node IMG_5640.jpg IMG_5641.jpg IMG_5642.jpg IMG_5643.jpg
I love mutants in the garden!

I haven't updated in awhile. Okay, started with 7 Mumbling Dragons, one failed to get its taproot out of the riot cube & was culled. After sexing I had 3 males & 3 females, I chose to keep the male that had a structure most similar to that of the females & was showing the recessive white phenotype. I have two females showing purple calyxes and one female that still looks to be the white phenotype. Each plant is in a 1gal fabric pot, coco substrate with GBD's super soil mix. I have been watering with Mammoth P, liquid silica (Liquid Sand, locally sourced in Oregon), calcium (Demeter's Destiny), a wetting agent (Hygea Hydration), and pH-ing down with Hades Down to pH 5.8-6.1. One of the friends that is staying with us decided to keep the mutant male reject (he's purple with the trifoliate trait, I haven't taken pictures of him for a long time).

Here are the kids when there were 6
