Harvesting the last of the outdoor Sawney Beans
Day 56 from sprouting <-- that's fast!

The Blue/Strawberry Nuggets are more red in the center than purple
Time for this Lecter to hang upside down from a tree

Time for this Lecter, too, for the cut
Under the leaves
It's sticky and juicy in there!
True reds / purples in the inner calyxes
So two out of six cut down and hanging.
The rest will come in the next week or so.
My challenge will be drying them outside in this weather, humid and a bit of light showers.
But I need to get them done before I leave here soon.
