I'm coming closer to picking my girls out for this grow off...

I am leaning towards my mother's more so. But it's hard to say the Gorilla Zittles is looking good.
Did some trimming and a little manipulating. Got some more to do on the mothers before I make a choice. another week or so.

I wanted to show off a few of the non comp outdoor girls I have going this summer. Everyone has been very happy so far this year out in the garden.
The Ethos Grandpas' Stash and the wild unknown plant
20220623_202716.jpg

The crazy and very early to flower Sweet Seeds Zkittlez that I dusted a few times already with WMD pollen should be a fun new strain to sift through. Some monster tomato plants in the background Beef Steak, Roma, and Black Cherry those will be good eating while chilling in the garden here soon! I got the wind chimes hanging all around the garden to keep the pesky deer away hopefully I will get some of my sweet corn this year....

The second pheno of the Grandpas' Stash I have going down in the garden, I ran a third plant in my indoor breeding cab and she is throwing down some huge chunky buds so these should be great yielding plants outdoors but Ill have to keep an eye out for bud rot with how dense and big the flowers are.

Mendo Twenty/20 MMXX is a big ol bush and has taken minimal training to get a very nice shape

Dead Head OG a good buddy of mine hooked me up with from Shining Sun Seed Co

Interesting side note, the same pest is on the ABLD as the ogreberry but the ogreberry seems to be preferred as the damage is way worse

You could always sprinkle some cayenne pepper or cinnamon on the plant the bugs hate both use a little soapy water before you sprinkle it on the plant to help keep it on the leaves or upping their sugar intake with molasses or corn syrup most bugs cant process the sugars and it ferments inside them into alcohol and kills them. You also could always plant other plants around the garden to bring in predator bugs to keep the little munchers at bay.

@Waira update on the outdoor photo and autos everything is progressing nicely. I got pretty much all of my trellis netting up for the year now. Just trying to keep up with defoliation now.
Chem Beyond Diesel CBD is really trying hard to fill out this frame. She has really started to put the coals to it here lately growing like crazy!
20220626_143903.jpg

Detroit Rock City is looking great! I still have a few lowers on her I need to clean up. She has been giving off a strong skunky aroma down in the garden.
20220626_143925.jpg

Skunk Hero 22 working at filling her spot in the garden. If she stretches anything like she did indoors she will be a big plant by the end of this.
20220626_143946.jpg

Spoonicorn Auto is rocking it down in the garden now! Getting some good frosty nugs early on and stretching right on out.

Lecter Auto is also stretching right on out and getting some nice buds popping all over her.
20220626_144316.jpg

And finally Chocolate Skunk Auto has turned into a good size plant full of bud sites.
20220626_144338.jpg

Temps have been in the mid 80's to 90's during the day and dropping down into the 60's at night not much rain this week till last night, I've been having to water daily with the hose or from buckets out of the creek behind the garden this week. Everything out in the garden has been very happy so far this year.

Jeeez I realized that last year's Northern lights entry was in a 5-gallon bucket. This plant is in the ground :vibe:
