Finally everything is done, the bud's all dried and jarred with Bovedas for a months curing.

Here's the Blue Amnesia ready to jar up....

and the Orange Bud....

Here's the final dry weights

Blue Amnesia XXL 11.6 Ounces (328g)
Orange Bud 9.9 Ounces (280g)
Glueberry OG 7.8 Ounces (221g)

A total of 29.3 Ounces (829g) which isn't bad considering how much I lost to mould.... I was pretty merciless - checking every single bud (wearing a headtorch and glasses) during cropping and harvesting, if in doubt I chucked it out.

I've still got a big jar each of Lemon Kix and Orange Bud as well as 3 jars of Banana Blaze from the last grow, must be a good 10-15 ounces there still, so I think we'll be good for weed for MONTHS.

I've really noticed how much less weed we go through now we have switched from joints to Vapes.... we have a Mighty each and I load up the dosing caps.
I probably use the same amount of weed to make up 6-8 caps that I would have used to make a single a king size joint, and I use 1 or 2 caps per session.... a massive saving!

I'd normally harvest around 30 ounces every run and that would be nearly gone by the end of the next grow.
If we were both on the joints. I would have to grow continuously all year long, but now I can afford to take a few months off growing while we enjoy the hot and wet summer that's hurtling our way.... daytime temps are already past 35°C so it's hard to grow till March anyway.
I might plan to have another grow going for an Easter harvest... so planting in Feb.

Fine by me!

Thanks for taking the time to check out my grows, and I wish you all the best in your growing adventures... may your harvests be massive and your eyes forever bloodshot!
29OZ is very good - mould bro.

Grow 6 - Return to the Dark Side
Hey, good to be back after a few months off.

It's the height of Summer here in this tropical part of the world..... ultra humid and temps way up in the 30°Cs during the day and no lower than 20° at night. It's gonna get mental hot in Feb and by mid March it starts to ease off.... not the best conditions for a grow!!

Problem is that our stock of bud will be finished by April, so I thought I should pull my finger out and get another grow on.

Given the excessive heat, I decided to grow some more photoperiod plants so I can have lights off during the day and try and keep those temps down a bit..... Teetee's back to the Dark Side.

My seed collection is dwindling a bit, I have some lovely classic Dutch Passion Autos like Lemon Kix, Banana Blaze, Blackberry Kush, Night Queen and some of their newer ones like Mokums Tulip, Mimosa Punch and Trichomes and Cream..... but I don't want to waste them by growing them in this current blistering climate.

I don't have many photoperiod seeds at all, just a few 4 year old Dinafem Gorilla and Purple Afghan Kush, some Dutch Passion Des Fran, and some freebies from Seedsman that I bought 8 years ago..... Jack Herer, Big Banger and OG Kush.

I grew some Gorilla and Purple Afghan Kush back in Dec 2018, and was very happy with the final product, the Des Fran was a tricky grow that went on forever, but my word, it's top drawer stuff.... it's also called 'Destroyer', and for good reason.

I wand a simple quick grow, so I selected one of each of the following.... Gorilla, Purple Afghan Kush and Jack Herer.

Last Sunday, I planted directly onto Coco soaked in pH 5.8 EC 0.7 nutes, covered in clingfilm and left in a dark warm spot.... in the tent was perfect. Yesterday (72 hours later) I checked on them and they had all sprouted, but as there was no light they were very pale.
Lights on 18 hours and off for 6, and today they look like this....
Day 2 group.JPG

Judging by their size, the PAK came first, then Gorilla followed by the Jack Herer, remarkable seeing as I've had that seed since Sept 2014!!!

I plan to veg them for 28 days, flip to 12/12 and they should take 60 days in bloom. I'll repot them into 25L airpots around the 14 day mark.

I have no idea what I'm doing, so feel free to contribute and enjoy the ride!

Lies!

You always bang out an amazing grow. That said, this is an old thread (2years!) make us a new 2023 TeeTees Monsters thread.
Ha ha ha, cheers DC!!! I like to get the excuses for failure out there early so that come harvest, I can either say "Told you so!" or I can go on about how lucky I got, must be bat shit in the rainwater etc!

I was thinking about starting a new thread, but I'm planning a major move this year so this may be my last grow in a while and might be a nice way to tie up this current adventure..... watch this space!

Great to see you back at it m8.. photos.. holy schmoley.. I mean when a man that can grow an 18oz+ auto drops a few photoperiod seeds.. well :pop::pop::pop: best of luck my friend. :pighug::vibes:

Cheers Hope, I didn't wanna do a grow really, but I didn't want to run dry. It's gonna be a hectic year and I don't wanna go through forced withdrawal at the crucial stages... the Missus gets well cranky!
