thank you kindly for that detailed reply. pretty sure muddy-ledhydroponics is across the pond, i';; check anyway. i'm in the united snakes lol.Night Queen is a pure Indica strain... knocks me out mate. My Missus won't touch it during the day as she just fades out with the stuff.
One puff and your eyesight goes blurry, not easy to drive on this ha ha.
I grew it in a 25L airpot and pure 100% Canna Coco (Professional Plus).
House and Garden nutrients and grown indoors sharing a 1.2m x1.2m wide, 2m high tent.
I get my lights from LED Hydroponics.... they have a thread on the vendors page.... ask @muddy-ledhydroponic for info, he's the main man, and knows his stuff. I use their Skyline range, but have a look at some of the LED Hydroponic grows and you'll see some of their other lights in action. https://www.autoflower.org/forums/led-hydroponic-ltd.670/
Did you top or LST much? What was your nute schedule please? This is insane, i cant even get my head round it considering it doesnt even look like you have grown in DWC. So so impressive. Wow.....so here she is. The Night Queen (Automatic) on day 92.....
The height of that door is 2.05m.... she is just immense!!!
From another angle.....
Her right side.....
.... and her left side....
I tried to get a shot from above....
.... a view of her bottom half....
... and look at those colas... rock solid every one of them....
... a little closer and you can see these big long colas full of hard uniform nugs.....
It took me 4 days to get her down, those long stems were a pleasure to trim up. I had them hanging to dry in a variety of boxes for a good 2 weeks, then box by box I clipped the buds off and set up for the big weigh in.
This is a shot of the dried stems of the main colas (ie just the top part of the plant)... each one is about 45cm long...
Closer inspection shows that it's all sticky and hard...
... with plenty of amber trichomes to get me hammered....
Once I removed the buds from the stems, just this lot weighed 287g... dry.
The rest of the plant came in at 303g.... meaning this Automatic Night Queen yielded 590g (thats 20.8 ounces) of top quality bud!
20.8 ounces from an Auto???? Yes it's true!
This Night Queen has been a true blessing, the test smokes give me the usual blurry eyesight and empty lethargy that I love so much, and it should last well into next year!
@DutchPassionTony this MUST be a record? Thank you SO much mate!
It's amazing how one simple seed can produce such a huge amount of bud.
It's been a while since I've had to buy from a dealer, but let's say at AU$350 per ounce, that's over $7K you've saved me. There's so much good karma coming your way mate!
@Buckroe Craft have you seen this one?....so here she is. The Night Queen (Automatic) on day 92.....

No but wow!@Buckroe Craft have you seen this one?
I never top my Autos, and avoid LST.Did you top or LST much? What was your nute schedule please? This is insane, i cant even get my head round it considering it doesnt even look like you have grown in DWC. So so impressive. Wow.
Thank you for your reply. You really seem to know what you are doing aswell, you have some skill as a grower. This has now convincer me to no longer top any of mine now, i didnt LST anyway as i was always worried about accidently snapping any stems.I never top my Autos, and avoid LST.
I just let them do their thing, do leaf tucking and remove any large fans from the main stem that interfere with light penentration for the first 4 weeks. Then I stake them out while they stretch and BOOM!!! (on occasion).
I only ever grow in Coco.... I have equipment for DWC but the massive Hailea 9730 air pumps knock out 60L/Min and would be too loud for round here. When I lived in the sticks, I was worried about power cuts, so Coco suits me fine.
I believe any messing around with Autos causes 3 or more days of stress induced reduced growth each time, so not touching them much until day 28 (apart from snipping off the odd big leaf) maximises their potential.
Staking them carefully so they fill the tent out, I ram the stakes in at the very edge of the pot, so any root damage is more towards the tips, I convince myself I'm just pruning the root tips!
Cheers Tony.So you only defoliate in places where the bud sites are blocked?
