im thinking the same.if you can easily see the shape and form of the bug then its not a thrip.quick digging thrips seem to be 1.5-3 mm long clear/white/milky colour.there was nothing flying around the grow room so no adults present.something 10-15mm long with wings with stripes and colours is more likely to be the lacewings.
i hope they hungry and eat lots.

For now I counted 2 ... I didn f around much with my girls,in past two days.. light off temps are 23-24.. lights on 28-29c..
I hope they f them up just like RUAF isil in syria.. :)

If there is one thing that I havent dialed in , its potting soil,due to geurilla growing and smugglin soil in my house I'm always short of soil,that was same thing this time so Few days ago I added some more soil,and dumb me gave them feeding too,so some girls burned a little..
