Indoor Stoner Smurfs 2nd grow attempt Sweet Tooth &a White Widow by Seedsman

Yeah my ph from the tap is 7.9 and I didn't think that the AN would bring it down to acceptable levels on its own. Funny when you read the description for them it says no need for a ph meter. I have to look into using the ppm meter lol I've never gotten so "scientific" growing but I'm definitely happy so far compared to the last time.

I'm in mate...better luck this time.just to repeat what everyone else has said, get yaself an ec/ppm meter...start off with quarter strength nutes.check ya runoff after a week or so to see if they are taking up the food or spitting it out.when checking your run off,if your ec/ppm is dropping, and your ph is rising, your going in the right direction mukka.i should have my grow up and running soon, just waiting on a few more seeds to pop their heads above the coco.
Sending green mojos your way mate.

Quick update. Made it to day 10 and I am very happy with how things are going. My tds meter will be here tomorrow and I will be transplanting them in the next couple days. So far it seems they are taking the nutes pretty well. Here's a couple pics and a couple from day 10 of my first attempt, what a difference.

Hello all. I believe I have a over feeding problem with my sweet tooth, and others but ST is the only one with a spot. I noticed last night that the leaves were starting to curl a little weird but I had just fed them earlier and figured it maybe from the watering. Then today they were a little worse and I noticed a shiny spot on one of the ST leaves, when I touched it the spot became much larger and started turning yellowish. Doing some research I came to the conclusion that it was from over feeding with nutrients so I did a flush with straight water ph 5.8. Ppm going in was 170, 1st run off was 611, 2nd was 420 and the 3rd was 312. I mixed a batch of water with 1/4 nute dosage that I will start giving them tomorrow. Here's a pic of the Sweet Tooth and the WW her leaves are a bit more curled but no spots. Please let me know if I am correct or if it looks like something else.

Hers an update on my Seedsman white widow and sweet tooth. Today is day 18. They still have the edges curling a bit but I don't think it's from too much nutrients, I'm not getting any burnt tips or anything so I'm still unsure of the problem but other than that they're growing great.

Quick update. They'll be 4 weeks tomorrow. They seem to be doing well to me, my only concern is the height, WW is 8" and ST is 10", should they be taller at this point? My light is about 30" above and running it at 70% power. I've been feeding nutes daily, 550 ppm, and add calmag every 2 to 3 days. I gave them a little trim to try and allow more light to get to the insides, just a few of the bigger fan leaves.

Plants look healthy enough, but yeah I'd say they are a bit stunted. I'd turn that light up to 100% that will help, unless your trying to keep temps down. I run about 78-80F and 50%humidity.

If I had to pick one thing that slowed you down, I'd have to say the rapid rooters. Growing in coco I think it's best to direct sow into pre charged coco. That's all those rapid rooters are is just pre charged coco plugs.

There's still plenty of time to catch up as you start to stretch out especially in Coco.

Par readings at about 90% blue, 100% white and about 30% red at 24” canopy height showed something right around the 700 range at core for that light. I just bought it myself after a ton of research. Here’s a chart made by the Westcoast Cannabis channel on YouTube, you can watch him take the readings. Hope that helps you manage the dimmers a bit, sure got me started properly. I know this was older I’m sure you’ve had enough time to get it dialed in, this is also obviously for veg.. I think I’m gonna slowly reverse the blue and red setting as flowering progresses on my go.. I’ve got a bunch of WW autos going up about March.
