Mephisto Genetics Sour Crack K.I.S.S. grow journal

I've had some leaf curl issues a few times and it wasn't from heat stress and I don't think it was from my fan. If it happens again I'll look to see if that could be a cause. Whatever it was it didn't cause any adverse effects and I didn't do anything about it, just left it be.

Yes, it is a tremendous help to be able to be able to follow in the footsteps of experienced growers on AFN. I just couldn't figure it out by myself. I was looking for complicated reasons and missing the obvious.

My Sour Crack is certainly flowering, and she should be doing better now that I have adjusted the light and circulation, but is weak tomato food enough to make fat buds?

I grew 5 lbs last year with nothing but miracle gro tomato food. So yes it works. 6 plants 5lbs $13.95 worth of nutes

:holymoly:

That had to be Photosensitive plants, right? Can you tell more?

What do you think about Autos, do they need special nutes?

They were bubble gum kush photos. I've only had one successful auto crop so far. I grew 5 Nirvana nl's. I used general organics nutes and wound up with roughly 14 oz's. I got a tentful of autos now and I've been trying out heavy 16 nutes. So far so good the plants seem to be liking it. I'm going to test a few different nutes and see what works best for me. I know hand watering takes to much time I'm thinking about trying a drip system if some sort. Check out Dragons and more in the new growers section if you want to see what heavy16 is all about

I couldn't wait any longer, I supercropped her.

Thank you!

Temp is 80F (26C) Humidity is 40%, I think the low humidity and the fan blowing directly on the leaves caused the leaf curl.

You are right about the hook leaves (claw). Fertilizing at 1000 ppm, so I don't think it can be nute burn.

She does look a bit scruffy. I'll give her a few days to pretty up, the end of the bent stalk is already turning up towards the light.
